I purchased a used car from Stadium in January and the sales process was terrific and working the the salesman was a great experience.  It was the trade in process and post purchase events that prompted me to give them a one star review.  I thought everything was fine and dandy after I traded in my old car and drove off with my new one, but after checking my bank account for the traded cars loan payoff, I find out they never paid off my trade.  After countless calls, emails, and voicemails I was finally able to get them to send a payoff check a full month after I traded in my car.  After I had made another payment on it.

Purchased a Cadillac Escalade.  Salesman Mike Mayo promised everything and delivered on nothing.

Service Manager,  James/Robert and Latrisha have been terrific.

Great location and cars. The buyers here know quality. Was helped by Mr. Jones who was very consultative in his approach. He knows his stuff about lots f different car types. Will def buy here again!

I only give 1 star because you have to select something. This establishment does not even deserve one star.  They do bait/switching and yo yo financing. The cars are priced well above market and they do not come down. The staff is unprofessional and lie repeatedly. They will tell you what you want to hear then change terms on paper. Once you get that fixed and sign, be prepared to be called and asked to come back for some reason. They do dirty business. Walk away. There are plenty of cars in the metroplex for sale. Do not give your business to this establishment. In my situation, I had to consult an attorney after having dealings with this dealer. In the end after all the games they attempted to play and threats they made, my trade in was returned and their car was given back. Seriously if you think you see something you like on their website.....keep looking till you find it elsewhere. You will save yourself a lot of stress and trouble.

One word- horrible. I bought a $62,000 car from these morons and when I got there the invoice was for $66,000+. They started talking about how they had to make money and that I never asked what the real price was vs what was advertised on the internet. I threatened to walk out, so they finally got the price right. I was appalled at their attitude, and how they treat their clients.

Never buy auto from this dealer.very poor service. I bought a ford explorer which they said that its been fixed for whatever reason it was call back. Later found out it was not fixed. They even lie on giving u tankful of gas. If u buy don't trust on what they say,let them write everything on paper otherwise they don't care what they said.

This establishment is the perfect example of why buying a car is worse than anything you do as an adult. They can care less about honesty or integrity and there are many establishments that are worthy of your money to buy a car. I am not one to leave negative reviews on Yelp  but in this case I could not walk away from sharing my thoughts. On balance the Yelp community provides fair and honest reviews and I'm trying to of my part to warn potential customers that would shop this business. I have also chosen to not provide exacting details of my experience because other posted reviews do AND I am genuinely concerned about being harassed. My advice, stay clear of this place.

Do not waste your time.  They're complete liars and will say ANYTHING to get you in the door.  This dealership does not operate under normal ethics and certainly isn't respectable.  I made an offer and was assured on three separate occasions, before I drove all the way to Arlington, that they would work with my offer.  I had been in the market for this particular vehicle for quite sometime and was already pre-approved with my bank.  While under the impression they were going to work with my offer I decided to leave work early, test drive the car and complete the final paperwork.  Upon arrival I was immediately hounded in the parking lot.  Four men rushed out to greet me and badger me about cars.  I told them I was looking for Johnny and that I already knew which car I wanted - before I knew it I was chopped liver to the rest of the staff as they weren't getting my sale.  Once I walked into the dealership, it seriously seemed like a social house.  Everyone was standing around, chatting with each other, eating lunch at their desk, and updating their match.com profiles!  There wasn't one woman in sight!  I assume because she'd probably feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable working with all these "hungry" men.  After driving the car I told Johnny I wanted to purchase the vehicle and that we could go inside to finalize numbers and complete paperwork.  This is when he started giving me the runaround.  He said he needed to talk with his manager about the final price.  Johnny came back with a counter offer of a few hundred dollars less than the original asking price PLUS tax, title, and license!!  This is the point when my blood began to boil - not only had I taken off work, but I drove 40 minutes to look at this vehicle under the notion that they had accepted my offer!!  I asked Johnny if the number he presented looked anything like my offer!  Um, no.  Johnny and I went back and forth a bit, then his manager Freddie came into the picture and tried to tell me he wasn't going to make any money with my offer and that the lowest he could go was $500 off the original asking price.  I was furious!!  Um, hello Freddie!  Johnny asked you jerks three separate times if my offer was acceptable and you wankers said yes!! LIE. LIE. LIE.  Ultimately, it wasn't Johnny's fault. Johnny was so nice and respectful - it was the dealerships poor management and horrible sales techniques.  I heard several salesmen sitting near Johnny's office using very pushy sales techniques, which I'm sure management encourages.  I would have much preferred someone tell me on the phone that they could not work with my offer beforehand.  Bottom line is, HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY!  Customers will continue to walk away with these types of sales techniques.

I bought a Dodge Stratus R/T from here a few years back. I have never had so many problems with a car before. The engine was held together with epoxy glue and duck tape. Cost me thousands to get it fixed.

Went through BBB...Ken told them they would let us trade still. At this point tired of dealing with it we try to resolve the issue with them directly one more time. We are told they no longer have the Shelby we were interested in...Ken will call us back in an hour....nothing. Called several times. He no longer answers or returns our calls. Called the dealership as a customer and asked about that Shelby. They still have it. Ken is a liar and just thought his response would appease the BBB. Nope. Not going to fly. Enjoy your F rating with them for the next 3 years.

These guys are unfit to have this dealership business. the behave differently before and after buying the car..they called me so many times before buying the car, afterwards they dint even call me even once. They sold me a bmw 328i and it was fine for 2 months and after that all problems started and everybody started asking me "where did u buy the car?" and it gave me a straight message that the car isnt good..when i call the dealership they dint respond for a couple of weeks..i had to spend my money for the registration as well...and they won give u discounts..sell u car for a high rate of interest and also these guys have all wrong information on papers and they hide as much as possible to sell you a car. for instance they dint tell me my warranty was about to expire...they said the car was under warranty and when i bought it, it expired....they re so smart that they dint mention the number of months remaining in the warranty .....they say they gave the car in good condition, but the bmw service folks are smart enough to identify that these guys havent maintained it properly...Never buy a car from this dealership, if you buy you will suffer later...Its a useless dealership...they apologize in terms of words and that doesnt solve my monetary loss..

I walked into this place with my fiance to make our first car payment and When we walked in NO ONE acknowledged us, not even a welcoming "hi". Being in there was one of the most uncomfortable car dealership experiences I have ever had. And the guy we were looking for gave us the run-around on where we should pay. And once we paid a lady gave us an attitude about their machine not working. Worst experience ever! I can't believe we bought a car from them.
