We were driving through Texas when some warning lights came on in our brand new (6 month old) Tiguan. We found Hiley on a google search and stopped there. There was a closer dealership but Hiley had better reviews.
The service (Mo) was extremely helpful and friendly. Apparently the dealership where I purchase d my VW did not service it properly. Hiley fixed the sensor issue and a software recall I was not even aware I needed. I wish I lived in range of Hiley VW because I would service and purchase my cars there.

Working with Mark Welch over Hiley VW, was an awesome experience.  Great customer service, follow through, and most importantly a great deal.  I was calling from California and assisting my Dallas daughter in finding a new car.  Mark and Hiley made everything so easy, including locating a hard to find vehicle.  

I will be a life time customer of the Hiley dealerships, and will never shop any where else.  Professional all the way!

They have awesome customer service. We went in, Carlos helped us out, and we left with our GLI that day. Every time that I go to the service department, the sales rep that helped us out will go and chat with me for a couple of minutes. The people that work in the sales department are great. Had a couple of things that my car was needing, and they fixed her up right away.

Great dealership they will make you happy no question. They traded us up from a 2010

Beware!  They say they rotate your tires, but don't.  I purposely marked my tires to check after service and they were never rotated although they noted it on the paperwork.  Liars.  Once my lease is up, ill be going to another VW dealership to turn in my lease and purchase a new one.

I had an extremely pleasant visit at Hiley Volkswagen today. Needed to get my little Jettabel (all cars should have names) serviced for the first time, so I made an appointment and dropped her off this morning. Well, I didn't really drop her off because I hung out for an hour and a half until it was finished. Good thing I brought my laptop along! There were plenty of chairs and a few laptop stations with outlets for your chargers, and free WiFi that didn't give me any trouble at all. I got a lot of work done in this waiting room! There was a fridge full of complimentary water bottles, and then other drinks and snacks were available in vending machines for a couple bucks. Oh, and complimentary coffee as well!

The fine folks of Hiley answered all of my questions (I know NOTHING about cars), and went over exactly what was done. Jettabel came out sparkling clean with full rotated tires, an oil change, air-bag check, and some other service-y things. They even fixed a minor issue I was having with one of the back doors. All in all, all of the staff and mechanics here were so welcoming and informative, and the entire process was simple, smooth, and quick. I'll definitely return!

Came in to look at used 2013 jeep Sahara at Hiley vw in Arlington. I was trading 2011 challenger I owned out right. Told them I requested cash from investment account and should receive funds in 2-3 days.  I wanted to see #s on what they would give me for my trade and the balance I would pay cash. They didn't want to show me #s.  I told them that this was the first stop and I had 2 other cars to look at.  Whoever gave me better deal would get my biz.  They told me to come back once I had funds and looked at other units.  Why would I make return trip?  I bought 2014 jeep from clay cooley the next day. Clay Cooley showed me #s on 3 diff jeeps so I could make a good choice. I gave them the title to my challenger and I signed paperwork.  I will be back within 2 days with cashiers check for balance of my jeep. Clay Cooley got my business, my trade and $ and in return I have a jeep.  You guys at Hiley failed.

been here a few times to get my car serviced. That is my only experience with them. I pretty much know the entire service department and only been there twice. They come out and greet you. Even the mechanic that was assigned to service my car came out to shake my hand. Work was good and car likes the fact that they wash it even when its raining. LOL.

I WAS a loyal customer for 12 years (4 new/1 used) but apparently that loyalty means nothing.

Recently I needed to get my Tiguan serviced but was interested in possibly trading that in on a new Passat.  I'd reached out to them via the Internet about the new Passats and became interested enough set a tentative visit date.   "Perfect" I thought.   I could drop the Tig off for service and look at the new cars while I was there.  
I called on a Thursday to make the service appointment for Saturday but was told they had no appointments available.   That's interesting.  I thought you could simply Drive Up for service.  Wouldn't an appointment be more manageable for them?

Anyway - I'd told the salesperson that I was wanting to come in on Saturday but since they couldn't attend to my Tiguan, I probably wouldn't be in.   Rather than try to work something out on my behalf with the service dept, the reply was simply  "ok.  Let me know when you can come in to look at the new cars".

Really?

12 years of brand loyalty and that's the response I got?

I then called Metro VW in Irving, had 0 resistance about bringing the car in on Sat morning and then hooked up with super-salesperson Moriah via the internet about looking at new cars.

I'm now driving a new Passat from Metro thanks and no-thanks to Hiley.

Wife and I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Golf TDI.  We drove four hours from southwest Oklahoma due to the reputation of this dealership and the lack of dealers immediately around us.  This was one of the most painless vehicle purchases that I've ever had, and I've owned 30 vehicles.  Ken Erwin was our salesman and was extremely professional and very truthful throughout the whole process.  There were some issues with the car once we drove four hours back from Dallas.  After a quick email to Ken we had an appointment setup and the parts were on order.  

The dealership was packed with customers the day my wife and I arrived, however we were met promptly by multiple people, including the sales manager.  

In a world full of poor customer service experiences, Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington is an exception.  I would have no problem recommend them to anyone if they're looking for their next vehicle purchases and Ken Erwin is the man to see.

Wow! Had my Jetta serviced per my warranty and it was great! Fast and courteous. I dropped off a dirty car inside and out yet I picked up a sparkling clean one! Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the ease of making the appointment and then the fact that they called me when my vehicle was finished. I will definitely return!!

Terrible, incompetent service department. Took 2 hours to plug a tire because they washed my car "by hand" yeah right. Another time when they were trying to fix my door they broke another part making me come back again when the part came in. This last time they made me drive on a spare tire because they didn't have a car to lend me which they could have avoided if they would have screened me when I told them about my flat. Next time I'll take it to another dealer. Don't go here unless you're ok with horrible service.

Got a '11 Jetta exactly two months ago and I'm still very pleased with the car. (I wanted to make sure everything was A OK before I wrote a review) Ken was very helpful and I'm very happy I stopped by here. It took a bit of time to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted but in the end, i left very happy. The only complaint I have is they kinda spammed my e-mail account with annoying alerts (use your spam e-mail when signing up).

+1 for free wifi, it helps for when you're waiting to get your car serviced :)

I bought a 2003 New Beetle 1.8 Turbo.  Was the only dealer in the DFW area that had a Blue Lagoon Color Concept special model.  The salespeople were great and every time I have to go to the service department, they're just as friendly.  Clean ultra-modern showroom, the waiting areas are excellent.  Free sodas, bottled water and Ethernet ports for your laptops are great.  I wish they had wifi though, I don't always carry an Ethernet cable with me.
