Scheduled brakes and 4-wheel alignment on 2011 CTS and also asked for recommendations on other areas of possible concern. There was indeed quite a bit more work to be done which took a week but the free loaner car allowed me to take care of my business.  I feel confident that my CTS is running properly again for a long time.

Do not buy an extended warranty from this dealership. I bought an Escalade from them in April 2014. Ask for a maintenance and extended warranty for 100k. Got the extended warranty but received a letter in the mail stating that my maintenance agreement only last for a 29k. The complimentary maintenance plan is up to 50 k. I moved away in june, So I called the finance manager and asked for an explanation , why would I pay for a plan that only last for 29k. He could not explain., that was in July. After a few months of back and forth missed communication, the finance manager stated that they would give a refund on the maintenance warranty after i threaten to call Cadillac corp..That was n dec 2014. i still haven't received a refund as of today. I call the GM last week and he promised to get resolution and get back to me  No word , yet..
Monday i will make my call to the Corp office.. I wanted to make everyone aware of their shady practices and lack of willingness to respond.

Usually, I get great service -- it is quick and efficient!! - This time -- it took about three hours to do an oil change and inspection. I would encourage them to get a "quick lube" so that the wait is not so long.  I always been extremely satisfied with the service; but, this time -- I was not happy.
