Global Motorsports, Inc. is a locally independently owned and licensed Tennessee automobile dealership. In the summer of 2011, Global Motorsports officially opened the doors to a third store, located in the downtown metro market at 1504 Demonbreun Street, Nashville. This cool and convenient store blends the cozy feel of Belle Meade with the trendy bustle of the downtown music scene.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Global Motorsports on Demonbreun. Both cars have been fantastic. What sets GMS apart from a franchise shop is their willingness to help after the sale. I have had some work done to my X5 due to mileage and wear and the recommendation received for the fix was fantastic. Won't go anywhere else.

I went to the BMW dealership to consider buying a "new" car because I'm tired of dealing with used cars that constantly have something wrong with them. Like many other buyers, I found out that my car had been wrecked twice as well. It constantly has problems. If you do buy from Global, BE SURE to check Carfax! My car appraised unbelievably low because of this, so I am STUCK with it.  So frustrated. I feel stupid for not doing my homework. BEWARE!

Liars!  We bought a very nice used Porsche and we're promised and shown a "clean" Carfax only to find out  the car had been wrecked and had clear damage that a car dealer could have determined.  We are sad and disappointed we got $6000 less for our trade-in because

I feel like the true quality of a company is revealed by how problems are handled. Unfortunately our experience was sub-par and nothing was done to rectify the situation except a lot of fast talking and blame shifting. The fact is we were sold a car in poor mechanical condition- as verified by the dealer. It was noted (by dealer) that the defects were not problems that could be overlooked by a mechanic prepping a car for sale. An email to the owner got a response, but ended up being sent to a solidly apathetic manager who was surely wasting his time by having to deal with us. Our discussion ended with nothing offered. No help on repairs, not even a discount on service. Oh- but we definitely had the option to buy a different "more reliable" car at an enormous disadvantage to us.

To Global Motorsports and team: as a frustrated customer that feels taken advantage of, please don't offer to reason with me by saying "I'm sure you understand, in the end, we are a business." I surely do- but I didn't assume it was flipping cars in poor condition at the expense of the next owner. We thought you would have been above that.

Since posting my previous review... just five days ago... I have put another 600 dollars into my car and was told that probably next week I will have to come back in to fix other things. I have now replaced 7 out of the 8 coils in my engine. All of my indicator lights are still on and the car is just unsafe and scary to drive. I am not only out alot of money because of Global Motorsports lies, I am out of hours and hours of personal time.

These guys are seemingly honest, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They let me test drive any car I wanted, without question or hassle. Not a lot of negotiation room with respect to the price, but it's because they're priced to sell (allegedly, but who knows!).  It's been months after I purchased my car and they're still around to answer questions.  You can tell they're overwhelmed at times.  My car came without a 2nd set of keys, wheel lock (BMW), manual and who knows what else. If you end up purchasing, make sure you find out what's missing before you walk out of there.

Hands down, the best car buying experience in which I've been involved.  Easy.  Straight-forward.  60-90 minutes compared to multiple hours at other places.   Awesome.
