I wish I could give this place negative stars. If you need any maintenance or service work done to your vehicle, please stay far far away from Freeland Chevrolet. The place is a scam and they will create problems with your vehicle to make money. This is a fact! This dealership has a long history of being shady so please do yourself a favor and never go there!

Hubby went to buy a truck from here. At first they tried to tell him that they couldnt get his interest rate lower than what they were saying the could. HA! What they were offering was 3.5% more than what we were paying on our car. Um I dont think so. When he said he was going to go see what interest rate his bank could get him they quickly brought it lower to what we are paying on our car. I hate when they try to nickel and dime you and rip you off KNOWING they could easy get the interest rate lower than what we even excepted! Geez, someone is buying a truck for 30k stop being greedy and just make the deal AND fill up the dang thing with Gas. The dealership I bought my car at washed, detailed, and filled my car up before they would allow me to pull off the lot with it AND IT WAS RAINING! Step up your game Freeland!

I would definitely go to your bank and have them tell you the interest rate they can offer you before going to the dealership and having them give you one that is way more.

I brought my car in to the original place that I had purchased it a year ago whom shall remain nameless. I had an error light on and after after 3 hours they came back and said I messed the sensor up by hacking into a spot too fast but that they reset the computer so it was fixed. Not five minutes after pulling out of the service department it went off again and alas the problem was not fixed at all. I decided to take it here and within no joke 30 seconds Ellis knew exactly what was wrong with it and had it serviced I'm under 2 hours. Wonderful customer service as well! Definitely making this dealership my go to from now on.

It sounds weird to say I love a dealership but I do. I really really do. I've been to three other Chevy dealers for service. I have finally found my happy place. I had been here before but it is just so far from me that I picked other places first.

I had a problem with a recall at another dealership. Such a problem that they broke a part on the car and tried to sell me another car. I was pissed so I called GM directly. They cracked my gas tank and GM agreed with me that it was unsafe and unhealthy as gas was leaking and gas fumes while driving were giving me headaches and causing me to throw up. Someone at GM put me in touch with Freeland and I found my happy place!!

I brought my car in on a saturday. They immediately agreed my car wasn't fit to be driven so they gave me a rental. For a week.  Repair was done and done correctly. No problems.

Last week I brought my car back for another recall. I dreaded having to wait the two hours they quoted me. I wound up getting there 15 minutes ahead of my 1:00 appointment. The staff was friendly as always. I was out by 1:45!! When my name was called I told her that I was just complaining about having to be there two hours so she kicked me out. :)

This is the only dealership where I will take my car for service, even if it is a long drive. And it is a very long drive.

I had very high hopes for this dealership's service department. Having made an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation, I received an email the next day from the service manager offering me 1/2 off due to me being a new customer.

The staff was polite, even if they didn't seem to understand the discount at first glance. When I picked my car up, however, I noticed that the fee was more than double what I expected. I emailed the manager after leaving and was told that I was right concerning a calculation error - but only to the tune of a dollar and some change of a difference.

Essentially, the dealer seems to bundle the oil change and tire rotation for 39.95. My bill showed that I received half - off just the oil change priced at 37 dollars. I was charged 19.95 for the rotation alone. I would NEVER pay that much and would not have agreed to this if I had known.

This is misleading advertising and set a terrible example. Though the manager replied once, he has ignored any further contact. Disappointing, to say the least. Find somewhere else to go in south Davidson Co.

After being lied to at another dealer about the availability of a Equinox, we found that the equinox was indeed still available at Freeland and promptly drove there and bought it. We received excellent customer service that day and ever since then. Freeland also went above and beyond while servicing my fiancé's Equinox while I was deployed overseas to Afghanistan. Thank you!

I just got my car detailed at Freeland Chevrolet with their expert, William, and couldn't be happier. The pricing was great and I can tell he really put some time and thought into his work and the job. My '05 Accord is looking newer and shinier then ever! I definitely recommend William in Detail/Service Dept.

My experience at Freeland Chevy was not a good one. After being charged an arm and a leg for services and work, I still had several minor issues that needed to be fixed. The details they missed caused my car to run roughly for several months. Several of the things I asked to have checked were not taken care of.  I feel robbed for the lack luster work that was performed. They want your money, not to help the consumer.

I wouldn't recommend these folks to anyone.
