Terrible service! Awful previous experience with the rude, superior and unresponsive sales staff. Now I am in their service lounge, where I've been for two hours (with an appointment) for a simple oil change. Service staff are as rude & uncaring as the sales team. The only way these guys can possibly stay in business is because they are the only Cadillac dealer in Davidson County. #worththedrivetobrentwood

Crest Cadillac always delivers on quality service including CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have always gotten appointments when I needed one and my CTS is always returned in perfect order.

These folks gave me the runaround about a body damage repair/estimate for 6 weeks.  
We had agreed to stay in touch about parts availability after the estimate, as well as the cleaning of the interior.
I left over 6-7 messages and spoke with people 10-12 times and never received a returned phone call, just the same "he's not available would you like to leave a message" in a really fake canned voice from a live receptionist.
I finally confronted them about this, and was never offered an explanation or apology for their rudeness and lack of communication.  
They even hung up on me the last time.
Please, who acts like this?

I have now purchased 5 Cadillacs from Crest. and I live closest to Andrews Cadillac so Why and what you say is the difference to me to travel all the way to Crest? I can tell you the personal service that I get from Crest  Cadillac in the new car sales manager Edith Thompson and sales person Walter Flowers is impeccable. They always treat us special like Kings and queens when we walk in. Who doesn't like to be made to feel like they count or that their sell is important? They always make sure that I get exactly the car I want - at the right price, an affordable price. Edith will work with you. She and Walter make the buying experience very easy. There is never a haggle or any stress of any kind. It's always a pleasant and easy going environment. There's never any high sales pressure of any kind. They really just want to see you happy. Edith has literally sent me home before and said let's wait until I get the exact perfect car that you really want comes in b/c I want to make sure you are totally happy. Two weeks later she called me and it was in. I went down there and I fell in love with my newest Caddy : ) I like that she never forgot what I really love in my cars. She has hundreds of clients but she remembered things that were important to me in the cars I love. That is what made us feel really special. Walter is probably Edith best sales man and right hand man. He's no pressure and very laid back.  Go there and I promise you if it's possible Edith will get the job done and it will be worth your time and travel distance.
Then after the sell of all of my Cadillacs we have had Jeff Cost and Jeff Mitchell in the service department. They make sure the best possible service is done . They always get you a good loaner car as needed. Your car is done as promised. Your car is always in good hands. This service dept is second to none.

I've never lived in Nashville, and I've never owned a Cadillac.  Yet despite multiple efforts to use the automated system to unsubscribe from these stupid e-mails I get weekly about a vehicle I've never seen, and multiple responses to the emails specifically asking to be removed, Nothing has been done about it.  I mean, if you want to give me a Cadillac, I'll continue to keep getting your e-mails.  Otherwise, maybe a 1 star rating will be enough to get you to leave me alone?

Purchased my second Cadillac here.  They got me into my new car with no BS and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.  I'll buy from Crest again in the future!

I have an H3 and have reluctantly used this dealer's service center for the past 3 years. After spending hundreds of dollars on a tire issue only to have the same issue come up again 1 week after it was supposedly fixed, I am finally calling it quits. The service is minimal at best, the record keeping is horrible, and they will find EVERY way to rack up the bill. They are disrespectful to their clients, and their work is shoddy. I have given them every opportunity, but have finally had enough. If you value your time, money, and vehicle; keep away from Crest!

I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and they took me right in.  The team immediately jumped on my car and took care of my routine maintenance without delay.  They brought some scheduled maintenance to my attention and offered to perform the services--there was no pressure, and all pricing was provided right up front.

We were travelling cross country from California to and had some car trouble.  After talking to both Cad dealers in Nashville there was no comparison...Crest was so friendly and helpful and Andrews was not.  We let Crest do the repairs and they were great to deal with.  Fast, friendly, and fair.  Special thanks to Randy and Chris for being so helpful.
