Ordered a new Canyon pickup back in late August.  Told 2-6 weeks for delivery.  Waited.  At 6 weeks, asked about status...was told that the only information they had was the order was accepted.  Subsequently found on the GMC website, a chat that would tell you where you are with your order.  Went back to Beaman to get the order number where they told me they didn't have an order number...because they never ordered it.  They said they would work with GMC to push me to the head of the line...I said no, I would work with another dealership.  Really GMC, this is your representation?  Fortunately, the new Ford F 150 is now out and I will check them out before going any further.  No response from GMC by the way.

We recently went to purchase a new vehicle; our credit score was fair. The problem was we were upside down in our  vehicle. On our credit app we specifically wrote in bold letters, no more than two pulls! Because too we are trying to purchase a house! Chris ( finance dept) is a poor excuse for helping and following orders! We have been driving this vehicle for over three weeks and they just now telephoned us and said the financing wasn't approved! What a sorry way to do business!  Why weren't we notified that following Monday; well guess what we had 14 hard pulls on our credit! I will never go to Beaman again!

I Just recently purchased a vehicle from Beaman, and right from the start it was an unpleasant experience. I hate leaving negative reviews, however I've never felt like my business was so unappreciated. I just recently moved to Nashville from Orange County. My husband and I drove straight from the airport to the car dealership to purchase a car. I knew the make and model I wanted already and what our budget was. They did not have the color of my choosing and the salesman was completely unfriendly and unwilling to help us locate the color we wanted. He didn't even give us the option to get the color we wanted. He did mention that for him to search for it, there would be a huge upcharge for convenience fee. (I've NEVER heard of that before) I didn't feel like arguing this salesman, he wasn't friendly, and quite frankly I was exhausted from moving/flying. I ended up picking a car that was just on their lot (which is fine). I am a high energy person and I was excited about buying a new car, however the salesman was not great at customer service and completely set a negative tone through out the process. We went through the process of filling out the paper work and putting money down, they handed us the keys and we were out the door. We gave them a pretty painless, quick and easy sale regardless of their service. They missed a few paper work details and text messaged me to screen shot a house bill to prove residency. Again- I didnt think twice and sent it back. Two days later, I recieved another text saying that I needed to come in, they forgot to have me sign a paper and I needed to bring a bank statement with my address on it. I called back right away to schedule a time to come in. I took my lunch break to stop over and do it. When I got there, I was told I needed to wait 30 minutes because they were with another customer. Also I mentioned this was really inconvenient, and the salesmen was not understanding and rudely replied to me that I was wrong. I waited, filled the paperwork out and left (and I gave them a bank statement as requested). Two days later, I get ANOTHER text message stating that they needed my bank statement and proof of residency. He asked me to screen shot my bank statement through text. Are you kidding me? First off, I repeatedly asked them the prior week to not text me. This is a business. Send me a letter or call me. Second, it is completely ridiculous to ask a  customer to screen shot their bank statement. Third, what happened to the information I already gave you?! Also, they knew I just moved and although I bought a house, it will take a few weeks before all my residency is approved and settled. At this point, I've had the car for almost 2 weeks and have been hassled several times through text messaging from both the car salesman and the admin. Fed up, I called the dealership to speak to them about what else they needed from me and notified how frustrated I was about the lack of organization and unprofessionalism that was taken place. I was completely ready to just give the car back. Not once did I feel like my business was appreciated, or that they were understanding about how unprofessional and poorly treated I was. They have made no effort to reach out regarding their poor service and lack of professionalism. My husband and I have both purchased and leased cars in the past, we have never been treated this way or had a process this painful. I am completely unhappy with their customer service and I do not look forward to dealing with them in the future. I understand things happen and paper work sometimes gets misplaced, however I was treated so poorly that it made this entire situation so negative for me.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced.  I dealt with Robert and he couldn't have been more friendly or more professional - in fact everyone consistently smiled when speaking to their customers.

The customer lounge was nice, clean, and quiet. They have free wifi, a nice HDTV and coffee. Every 10 minutes or so, one of the courtesy ride drivers would step in the room and ask if anyone needed a ride.

I love it when businesses treat me like they appreciate their business and Beaman certainly did.

Best automobile buying experience I have ever had. I went to a couple of other dealers before Beaman and either selection wasn't good or they made me feel uncomfortable. At Beaman, I got the SUV I wanted at the price I could afford. The salesman was very polite, straightforward and best of all not pushy. What I really wanted wasn't on their lot. He called me the next day saying he found my car and if i wanted to come in and check it out. Another dealer swore they were still looking and some never called me back. Everyone at Beaman did a great job, and they were helpful and friendly. I got my family a cool vehicle with all the features I wanted and at a price I can afford. I highly recommend them. Thanks Beaman for making it a pleasant experience.

These folks went above and beyond in taking care of my mother-in-laws vehicle and I cannot say enough good things about their professional service.  The car broke down going through Nashville and they worked closely with me (I sorta manage all things car related for my mother-in-law) to make sure the issues were solved and we were taken care of.  Great above-expectation service.  Jimmy in service is a rockstar and his manager, Cameron, is top notch.

If you have a GMC or Pontiac, these are your guys!
