Auto Masters...Buyers, Please Beware!!!  This business is the most underhanded cold blooded car dealers I have ever dealt with.  I purchased a car in Oct 2012 with the engine light on.  They had me sign an "I Owe You" that was only a gimmick to sell because they had me taking the car to their mechanic and even a dealer that never fixed the car.

Auto Masters kept pretending to fix the car until the 30 days on the I Owe You ran out.  Then they started saying they were no longer obligated to fix the car that had never been fixed in the first place.  The light would stay off about a week and come back on. Each time I would take it to get the codes read and the codes would always be the same, P0016 and P0017.  I even took them to court and their lawyer came into court talking all friendly with the court clerks and I could hear Auto Masters lawyer talking about my case.  The judge sided with Auto Masters because the car was used, not acknowledging the fact that the car had never been fixed as promised.

Finally, we took the car to a reputable car dealership and paid $500.00 to fix what they should have fixed.

I said this to bring viewers up to date as of April 25, 2015.  Beginning in March 2015, Auto Masters kept calling saying me and family members saying I was late on a payment when I was paid ahead.  After arguing with seemingly all the awful customers service personnel, they finally stated that their computer had made an error.  Well, I wonder what man inputs information into the computer.

I was so ready to be rid of these scheming people, I paid them in full in April 06, 2015 with the understanding they would reimburse me my interest for paying early plus the computer error.   Well, guess what?  Now they are saying they don't owe me anything!

Consumers, there are plenty Buy Here Pay Here dealers and I know we can all get desperate for a car but trust me, I know you will save yourself a lot of stress by not fooling with these deceitful people.

Nothing they advertise is true. There's a darn good reason that none of their cars have warranties. My car started acting shady less than 30 days in. 60+ days after my purchase, I've already had to replace the battery, and now I've got a car with an engine that won't hold oil.

And they referred me to their partner shop. They said I'll need to pay ANOTHER 100.00, and they'll pay $73. I'm trying to figure out wtheck I'm paying a $400 car note and have immediate necessary repair bills. Avoid this place at all costs.

They only 'care' until you sign the papers. Our until you show up asking them what you need to sign to give them their junk car back. Even the 45 people at the front desk will let you stand there for 10 minutes before they acknowledge you.

If you're thinking about it... no. Just no. I'm super close to deciding that it's worth the voluntary repo.

Auto Masters has a great selection of vehicles, and I was encouraged when they offered me Kelley Blue Book fair values on my trade.  My sales person quoted me an outrageous figure for the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, approximately $5500 higher than the very top of it's Blue Book retail value.  Of course, this was without tax, title and license.  After over an hour of negotiation, they would not come down on their price, nor give me a reason why the vehicle in question was worth so much more than the KBB suggested retail price.

Auto Masters lists their huge inventory online without prices, suggesting that the customer "Call Us!" for a good deal.  After my experience at their lot, I'm aware now that Auto Masters is in the business of selling sketchy "Buy Here, Pay Here" financing rather than vehicles.

I had a rental car to return and they helped make that happen by following me to the airport to drop off the car! Thank you Christian, Gabriel, Miguel and Stewart!
