They recently changed management so perhaps other bad experiences will be corrected. Just bought a new Versa Sadan today from Adrian and side kick Serg. What a great time. If buying a car can be a great time. The only tension I had was when my significant other was test driving a stick shift (we bought an automatic!) The ease was incredible. High fives to all that helped including the finance gal, she was fast!! Loved it. Thanks Action Nissan.

I feel like I owe Action Nissan a good review, especially with all the bad ones I see. I thought they were great. Luis, our salesperson, was really nice and helpful. I bought a used car, and they worked with me on the price. A little less than a week later, I get a call from Mark in finance. He worked with the company I was financed through and managed to get me a year warranty as well at no extra cost. I thought they went above and beyond. I had been to several dealerships before I made it to Action Nissan, and NONE of them had the level of customer service I experienced there. Give them a shot, you might be surprised :)

Don't go here. I walked into the office (where everyone's stuff is out in the open, mind you) and not ONE employee was in there. My boyfriend and I sat in chairs for 15 minutes to see if someone would show up, and no one ever did. We left. Absolutely ridiculous and not safe.

Love Action Nissan. Yesterday I purchased my second used vehicle at Action Nissan from Eric B. Please ... go there and see Eric if you want an honest, no-pressure, informative and -- most importantly of all --FUN car buying experience! Action is willing to work with you to meet your buying needs and their friendly staff is unparalled. Since car shopping can be uncomfortable at best for most consumers, do yourself a a great service by going to Action first. You won't try another dealer after you do. Happy shopping :)

I just bought a new 2012 Nissan Versa hatchback from this dealership. I don't have a lot of experience dealing with car dealerships, but I've always been told they're all out to get you and you basically have to fight them tooth and nail every step of the way to avoid getting screwed. I have to say the people I dealt with (Dee Harris and his supervisors) were much more down-to-earth than I expected. They didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics and were overall fairly transparent about everything. That being said, ALL car dealers are out to make as much money as they can and will always do whatever they can to get you to pay more, so always be on your toes and know how to haggle. It's just a fact of life when buying a car.
But I was able to get a pretty good end-of-year deal on a new car without too much stress, and they did not use any sneaky deceptive tactics. So they get a few kudos for that at least.

Great car-buying experience.  These guys all went above and beyond to make me happy and put me in a beautiful new car. From The salesman Jerry Lopez, to Henry the sales manager and Jose the finance manager. All of them made me feel accepted and just like family, while they worked to get me in a new Nissan that made me very happy, and a price that I could truly afford.   Very helpful and caring staff; these guys are as far from the "typical car-lot louts" as you will ever find. No question my husband and I will come back for another purchase.

Their service department is top notch. They offer courtesy van free coffee and bottled water. My check engine light kept coming on periodically. Other shops could not diagnose and just reset my cars computer. These guys found what the problem was (my thermostat) and have never had the problem again. Give them a chance with your next Nissan service.

I haven't learned all the bells and whistles on my new Versa yet, so when the window stuck part of the way down, I took it to Action. Turns out there are child-protector locks on windows as well as doors now. Who knew? Robbie in the service department was so patient and good-humored that I didn't even feel dumb when he told me what I had done. And the Express Service line is so convenient. Thank you, Action Nissan!

Can any car dealership really get above 3 stars? Methinks no.
Their whole purpose in life is to up-charge and up-sell... But that being said, if you want to go the way of an evil dealership, Action Nissan hasn't been all that bad for me.

I got a great deal on a new car (even though I swore I would never buy a brand new car - they worked their magic and I lost). I originally had my eye on a used car, but somehow it was mysteriously going to be much more expensive for a used 2009 than for a brand new 2010.
Part of that great deal was the 5 year maintenance plan they "threw in." I later found out I actually paid for it, but whatever. They did give me a pretty good deal for my trade in, which wasn't even running anymore.

If you use their service center make sure you get there when they open at 7am or drop it off, or else be prepared to waste your time. Speed of service has been pretty hit or miss for me, but I'm stuck using them for 5 years since it's already paid for. I took my car in this morning for a routine oil change and they had me out in 45 minutes. It's not jiffy lube fast, but given the inspection they allegedly do and the 'free' car wash, it's not terrible.

The staff has generally been friendly and helpful, but it all depends on who you deal with.

I got a great deal on a car here and still managed to feel totally screwed over by the time I walked out.   I know car dealerships are set up to charge exorbitant fees for the same service that you can get from a private party, but I got lied to multiple times by my sales representative starting with the very first phone call, so I felt the need to write a review.

I was looking for a Pontiac Vibe to test drive and then find from a private party (we were paying cash so had no interest in buying from a dealership) so I called to ask if they had any.  She said "no" so we hung up.  The next morning SHE called ME to tell me about a 2009 Nissan Versa with 20,000 miles on it for only $7,000 (waaaaay below KBB value), so I drove down immediately (duh).  I got there and "oops!" It was actually a 2007 Nissan Versa with standard transmission and 59,000 miles on it.  She completely lied to get me in the door.  However, the price on this '07 remained at $7,000 which was still a very good deal.  After hours and hours of the buying process (which involved us driving it to a 3rd party mechanic to inspect it) and tolerating the sales lady blatantly trying to sell me on already expired warranties and insisting she wasn't trying to screw me I almost backed out because of a $350 service charge for no reason.  Over and over again I had asked about fees and total costs (since we were paying cash) and over and over again she told me there were none.  This woman lied to me probably 20 times the whole day.  I was so fed-up with the slime dripping off of her I almost just walked out, but like I said it was still a great deal.

When trying to negotiate the fee off of the paperwork I found out from management that the only the reason I got a good deal on the car was because she had MISQUOTED the price to me and made a mistake. But they were keeping it at that price because they were just that good hearted.  So, if you go here you will probably get a horrible deal and lied to over and over again.
