Wolfchase Honda, located in Memphis, Tenn., offers new and pre-owned Honda cars, vans, trucks and sport utility vehicles. It offers various Honda models, such as the Accord, Civic Element, Fit, Odyssey, Ridgeline and CR-V. In addition, the dealership offers pre-owned from makes, including Acura, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, ford, Dodge and Honda. It has a service department that provides a variety of repair and routine maintenance services. The dealership operates a full-service parts department that offers a variety of performance parts and accessories for various Honda models. Wolfchase Honda has a finance department that provides various leasing and financing services through certified lenders.

Wolfchase Honda and Wolfchase Nissan started as part of the Bluff City Autoplex in Memphis, Tennessee.  In 2002, Wolfchase Honda moved to our current location and Wolfchase Nissan relocated in 2006 to our current location.  Both dealerships are owned and operated by Joey Schaeffer and Jill Schaeffer Broer, both of whom have been involved in the business for over 25 years.  Their father, Milton Schaeffer, owned Bluff City Buick/Isuzu for many years.

I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past year and once you buy the vehicle . You should consider yourself useless to them. Not to mention that they replaced the wrong tire on a brand new Altima and told me I should've checked their work before I left. Is that normal ?.......

I got my GT-R serviced here recently and the service was great.  They even gave me a complimentary oil change.

I guess the only thing that made me uncomfortable was from what I read on the GT-R forums.

They were suppose to give me additional paperwork for my Performance Optimization Services.

They were suppose to provide me with information for a different alignment,  and show me my current camber settings.  
None were provided.  

The service advisor and the technician told me that in the 2015, those extra services are no longer needed.

Went in to get the oil changed, tires rotated, wipers replaced, and cabin filter replaced.  My service took about 2 hours.  I was able to work at a table and use their free wi-fi, so it wasn't too bad of a wait.  They have complimentary water, tea, and coffee also that you can drink while you wait.  Both the service advisor and cashier were friendly.  They take competitors coupons which is nice and they give you a coupon to get a free car wash at the dealership also which is nice.  They did try to get me to perform an unnecessary service on my car, but I just refused and they didn't push.

I would highly recommend NOT getting your car serviced at Wolfchase Nissan, particularly if you are a woman. Or if you just don't like wasting money. Or if you have even the slightest idea how a car works and you don't want to be insulted.

I repeatedly brought my car in, paid through the nose, and continued to have problems with it. The last straw was that I was asked to pay almost $500 for repairs without a mechanic testing it or even inspecting my car, I felt pressured and talked down to, and when I decided to take my business elsewhere, I was ignored.

No desire to solve problems, inform the customer, or treat me with decency and respect. If they're not getting a lot of money out of you, they don't care.
