Love this place. Friendly,  helpful and courteous.  I regret buying my car at "the other one" nearby; as a result,  I will only use this hyundai dealership for any future business. Brandon was very helpful

The most miserable experience from a dealership that my family has experienced. We have been leasing cars for  over 14 years. This dealership called us back 3 times to sign revised contracts  after we drove off the lot with a new car. Last call 3 weeks later was we had 2 options.. To pay $2,000 out of pocket or refinance and add the $2000 to new contract and pay over term of deal. Stated they obtained incorrect payoff for our trade in was final straw and deal breaker for us. We have decided to turn Hyundai back in and take our original trade in to another dealer. Would not recommend conducting business with them. Be warned!! When you sign a contractt, go home and move on with your life. You may be called back. Not one. Not two, but three times to only be told you have two options.. To pay more money.. I have to first say I enjoy Hyundai. I have bought many a car /suv and will probably continue to do so. However, the service department at the Wolfchase branch leaves something to be desired. We are military so we bought our Santa fe in Fl. However we have always brought our car to a dealership as we have the extended warranty. I have always been happy with the services provided at other locations.
This has not been the case here. At first they did not want to honor my extended warranty as it was bought out of state. That was finally overcome. We have brought our suv three times for scheduled oil change, and all three times my car has been even more dirty than when it went in and was supposingly cleaned. We paid for a car wash and vaccum. The back of the car and windshield was not washed . The floorboards were barely touched and they hadnt even lifted them to vaccum under. I will frm now on be taking my business to the covington pike location. Hopefully they have better pride.
