I called the service department over 2 weeks ago and still have not received a response.  There are some issues at this dealership that obviously need to be addressed, but I have a feeling that nothing will be improved.  I called and requested the service department to ask a question about the status of a recall on my truck. I asked the operator to be transferred to the service department and after waiting for several rings I was disconnected.  I called back and again asked for the service department and once again after several rings it was answered by the parts department.  I had to ask for the service department again and after waiting for several rings again the voice mail answered.  I first left my name and number, then stated what my questions were and asked to get a return call at their earliest convenience, I then left my name and number a second time to ensure they got it. I guess two weeks just isn't convenient enough.

I now need some other work done and I am going to be going a bit out of my way to avoid this location because if they are managed so poorly that they can't return a simple phone call, I can just image how bad the rest of their service is.

My suggestion, avoid at all cost.  I will let you know how the next location fares.

My Fiancé and I had a wonderful salesman by the name of TJ Milton. He was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He listened to what we wanted and what our budget was and got us a beautiful Ram 1500 EcoDiesel. I would recommend TJ to anyone. We will be back the next time we need a car. Thank you TJ!

The sales people are "slimy" and not willing to help.  They thought they were dealing with someone who did not research the vehicle I was interested in or the car I was trading in. I went to the newest Jeep dealership in town and was treated with respect.

Just thought I'd post another quick update.... sold the POC (piece of crap) and bought a Equinox.  I have routine service done at Chuck Hutton.  My car has been in service once in over a year (for a problem with the CD player).  It was fixed and has had no further problems.  Dealership gives me accurate waiting times and keeps me up to date if something is taking longer than expected.  Super happy with my Chevy, super happy with Chuck Hutton.

P.S.  For some reason Chrysler never took my husband's e-mail off the VIN so every time the POS goes into service, we get an e-mail.  We feel bad but can't help but giggle.
