We brought in the family 2014 GMC Acadia which was purchased October 01, 2013.  We needed a piece replaced (filler neck support? somewhere around the fuel tank?), which had to be ordered.  Order was placed a few months ago but we are just now taking it in for warranty replacement.  In the meantime, a safety recall notice was issued which involved seat belts.  We took the vehicle in to have both items taken care of.  On top of this, the dealership also offers four free oil changes and general maintenance service for the first year of ownership.  Although we brought in our vehicle on Oct. 10, 2014 (9 days past our first year of free service), my husband asked if they would still be willing to do our oil change and rotate the tires while our vehicle was being serviced.  We were told they would be happy to do it!  We also had a $15 fuel voucher from back when we bought our vehicle.  They took care of that as well and fueled us up a bit before we picked up our vehicle which happened to be ready the same day we dropped it off.  I don't know if all dealerships have gotten this customer oriented and (seemingly) fast on service, but Sunrise at Covington Pike definitely takes care of us every time we visit.  We even pass by Sunrise Wolfchase because they take care of us so well at Covington Pike.  Wolfchase might be the same but we'll keep going to Covington Pike until we HAVE to go to Wolfchase.  Covington Pike says they'll make it worth our wild to make the 15 minute drive and they always do!  We paid nothing for this visit and they could have charged us for an oil change (which means we would have just gone somewhere else), but they didn't.

Absolutely Hassle Free and overall a good dealership to work with.  After visiting and contacting multiple dealerships looking for an SUV, we decided to purchase from Sunrise (Brett Sawyer was our salesman) due to their fair and sound business practices.  They didn't have exactly what we needed on the lot, but they found one and brought it in. I was about to go out of town for long trip. I noticed a situation. Called Sunrise immediately.  Sunrise came to my rescue. They worked with me when Holley Chevrolet wouldn't!

Great service on a recall issue. Great online appointment service. Friendly, efficient service writers. In and out in less than an hour and a half. Fresh coffee and fresh donuts in a clean, comfortable waiting room.

I truly enjoy the service guys at Sunrise. However, the could of service has long since become excessive! My truck runs great when it runs great but any little electrical problem causes it to lose synchronicity. This latest problem cost me $490 of which over $300 was labor. There has to be a better way!

I just recently left with a 2012 Chevrolet Impala, and the staff was more than helpful. The finance guy worked hard with the banks and got our car payments lowered by more than $80 per month. I'd recommend Sunrise to anyone!
