This place has really horrible service. Lucky to get somebody on the phone when vehicle in for service and they make you feel like wanting to take a shower when you leave the dealership.  Not a lot of options in a one dealer town like Memphis.

I have been going here for a few years now and really this is your only options when it comes to BMW in Memphis. The people are usually always friendly, however the place just seems to be understaffed. When I go in to get a loaner and drop mine off it can take a while but I guess that is expected at most dealership. We have never been able to purchase a car here due to not being able to come to terms on a price; but they still do a great job servicing the cars we have and are almost always done on time.

I have only written ONE yelp review in my life. This is the WORST service shop ever. The most rudest humans on earth all gather to work here to sneak up additional costs to make you pay more at the end without telling you the cost. How does one service fee equal $4,000 if the car was in the shop for 2 days? If trying to resolve an issue all you get is attitude and them thinking that they are right. Please save your time and money and go to a better BMW service shop rather than this piece of shit place. I'd rather ship my car to another state to get away from these terrible people. Don't bother speaking to the service manager either. He's just as horrible as the rest of those poorly educated individuals. I will do my best to spread the word to make sure no business comes their way because they don't deserve anyones hard earned money. I would leave ZERO stars, but yelp requires me to chose at least one.

Just picked up my SECOND BMW in Nashville. Great sales and service team and wifey enjoyed a visit to Nordstrom's and a night on the town.

Place is a joke. This Dealer has the attitude that they are the only BMW dealer in Memphis so customers service doesn't matter. Went in an hour before closing and teas ready to buy when they said come back on Monday cause it's getting close to closing. No thanks I will but elsewhere. When Collierville gets BMW it will be different owners.

Lots of negative reviews here. And I agree, except that I think the key is finding a competent individual to deal with. Brian Blaylock is the best service rep, and we've been dealing with him for as long as I can remember. The others either don't care or don't know enough about the cars to be helpful when you have a service issue. My 2011 5 series inexplicably died a couple of years ago (it wasn't even a year old) and the part needed to replace it wasn't even available for parts purchase yet, so the service guys took one out of a brand new car on the lot so that I wouldn't be without my car for 6 weeks.

As far as sales go, guys are definitely vultures. Michael Reynolds has sold my family at least 10 cars and he has never been anything but professional, courteous, and fair. If you hate Roadshow, at least give these 2 guys a try before writing the dealership off completely!

So I when here today with my 2008 528i and a $10,000 check in my pocket. I parked and when to the exact car that I wanted to drive off with today. I stood out by that car for 15 min in this sub 40 degree weather, no one came out to see if I needed assistance. Is it because I look to young to own a BMW or want another one? I am a 29 year old United States Marine Veteran. I do think I am special but in this case I want to be treated like a potential customer. Again this dealership is at the bottom of my list. I guess I will take my money else where.

My review is for the service department only since I purchased my car elsewhere and have no first hand experience with the sales department.  Checkin for my scheduled oil change went very well but the wait was over two and a half hours.  Can't say I was thrilled with the long wait.  They did wash my car and my consultant was very friendly and professional.  We'll see how the next scheduled maintenance experience turns out and will update.

Roadshow is ridiculous.  Dealing with their sales team is painful, service is over priced.  Based on a number of Emails to and from senior management, I'm comfortable in saying, "the fish stinks from the head down".

The one star rating is simply because it's the lowest offered. Hands down, of all of the BMW (and multiple other car maker) dealerships I have ever dealt with, which at my age has been many, this and the Memphis Jaguar dealership are THE worst in terms of service, honesty, courtesy, etc. It is amazing they continue to remain open when their vehicles can be purchased elsewhere and now, thankfully, there are others out there who can service them.

Drove in at 4:18 on a Saturday afternoon.  Our AC in our 2011 X5-50I was dead.  It was 90+ outside, so we thought...maybe?  The receptionist said they closed sevice @ 5:00 and most of the technicians had gone home.  Enter Houston Hagewood, service advisor.  He grabbed a technician (I am so sorry that I did not get this guy's name, because he was great) and presto!  Our car was on its way to the service dept.

No, they did not get it totally fixed, but they did get it patched up enough that the AC nearly froze us out of the car all of the way back home.  (And they stayed past 5:00 to help us out... )  The AC is still working, and it has been a week since our visit there.  And no, I won't drive the extra 1 1/2 hours to Memphis for service from now on, but I will speak fondly of the day our AC died.  Thanks Houston, for going above and beyond to help out a traveler.

Worst business exchange in my life. Slow service. Shoddy work.

Every time I would go in for an oil change or tune-up, the service folks would tell me I need thousands of dollars in repair.

The last time I went....with just 46k miles on my car, service told me I needed another $3,000 job. I drive no more than 10 miles per day on smooth roads.

I trusted them - so I signed off to get the work done. But then, I spoke with a few car buffs and they told me to get my car outta there - that Roadshow Mini is known for this.

So I called back and said I wanted a second opinion, cancel the job. They told me that my car was already disassembled (1 hour after I dropped it off) and that it would cost the same amount to reassemble the car.

I just went ahead with the work. Even though they said they had an early start on my car, they still took five days to fix it.

So I get my car back and get home. Decided to have my bud look under the hood. Realized the original work I wanted done was not completed. No oil change. None of my fluids were topped off. Who knows if they actually gave me a tune-up.

Never going back!

I bought my first BMW at a dealership in Madison, WI. Had a great experience, test drove 4 or 5 models and was able to mull over exactly what I wanted over a couple of weeks. It was a quality and highly attentive experience that I was thoroughly impressed with. Then I moved to Memphis, TN, and started my relationship with Roadshow BMW... the polar opposite, evil twin of my other dealer. Two service appointments and the attempt to get into a few test drives leaves me with this feedback:

- Service "appointment" does not necessarily mean a set time, nor expectation that you would show up at that time. It's an insane experience to pull your car in, and walk into the area of service desks and have them look at you confused on your purpose and then be confused when you tell them about the time of your appointment. Best line for my most recent 12:30pm appointment: "Oh, okay, well it is lunch time, so I'm not sure if anyone is available." ... Okayyyy... so, what you're saying is that the time you asked me to come in, isn't so 'good' for you?

- How about a test drive? You know, since these cars cost $40k+ and up, I figured I'd give it a spin before tossing my cash away. I made an "appointment" (red flag) to drive the 335d. I spoke with a nice gentleman named Jonathan on the phone, and we were all square with a time and a vehicle. I show up, ask the girl at the desk, "Hi, I'm here for a test drive with Jonathan." ... "Oh, Jonathan is just the guy who schedules things for us, he doesn't do test drives... let me see if there is a salesman available... it's lunchtime, so maybe not." Awesome... so, what you're saying is there is no appointment, no Jonathan, and maybe no salesman at all. Do you guys want to sell cars, or does the logo make you feel this entitled?

- Test drive attempt number two... I wanted to get the 6-speed manual with the twin turbo engine out on the road (X35i models), as I currently have the manual, non-turbo (X28i model).  It was a bit of a test, since I knew they had a 535i with a 6 speed right in the middle of the show room.  Not out on the lot... right in the middle of the showroom.  Dead center.  Right there.  I was looking right at it when I asked,  "Do you have anything with the twin turbo in a 6 speed?" Answer: "No, nothing like that."  Oh yeah?  Really?  Not that one that is 5 feet from us?  Later, after not hiding a bit of disdain on my face he approach and offered a 135 test drive with a 6 speed... which yes, I would have gladly gone on a test drive in, but now since I find out that you actually have TWO of X35i's on the lot that fit my exact question, I cannot be bothered.  You told me no without even looking at your inventory sheet?  Amazing.

There is not another BMW dealership for over 100 miles.  For my next car, I will choose something other than the "ultimate driving machine."  Shape up guys, your dealership is a pathetic customer experience.

This place is BMW pricey without BMW quality service. Staff is hard to get in touch with and not very attentitive. I guess it makes it easier when you are the only BMW dealership in town.

I needed to have new control arm bushings put in my car. I called twice to make an appointment, both times leaving a message and asking to be called back.
My calls were never returned
I had the work done elsewhere at half the price.
