So, after much shopping I ended up purchasing a new Outback 3.6 Limited from the dealership. I was lucky enough to have met Alex on our first visit and I can not say enough positive things about how we were treated by him. Due to the high demand and low supply I ordered one. Of course it took awhile to come but was given frequent updates from Alex. The trade in and purchase process was as painless as it can be. So far things have been great and have received follow up calls from Alex to make sure things are all good.
Since nothing is perfect, my Knocks on the process would be the dealership is a bit of a dump ( they are remodeling starting this month I am told)
Second my new car is loaded with technology. I felt the "Training" we were given was rushed. I do understand much of it was new for this model year but the "Specialist" (not Alex the salesman) was stumped more than a few times and he was forced to bounce around the menus adding to my confusion. But, my only real complaint is that while showing us the car he sat there with his cell phone on his lap and every time ( which was a lot) it did anything he just had to stop to look at it. Just made us feel like we were not the most important thing going on, disappointing.

Do not take your car here. Mechanics and salespeople are not honest. Had my subaru serviced at the Subaru side of the dealership for months. I got charged for all sorts of work that never even happened. Spark plugs were not replaced, the transmission fluid had not been flushed and refilled(and was almost completely out when I got to another mechanic). And on the last visit they didn't do the oil change! But it continues, a few months after I stopped taking my car there, my friend's Subaru broke down while driving. He used to get serviced at Keras Subaru as well, but he got into a different shop. They said his oil was totally dry. Probably hadn't been changed for 15/20,000 miles! Which started a small fire in the engine.

Had an awful experience here.  I know used car salespeople make their money from "trade in's" and financing.  Not necessarily the car.  But when I walked in the other day shopping, I was greeted with a sales person who looked like a classic, stereotype car salesperson complete with the mixed plaid outfit.  He asked me if I was going to trade in a car, no, then he asked if I was going to finance, I said no, then he said well are you going to buy today (before we had talked about any car) and I said no!  He made a face and gave me the feeling like, why bother.  I moved on, and did find a car, not there and never again.

We went here this afternoon and were greeted by a nice salesman, Gregory. We were somewhere between a used Legacy and a brand new Legacy.

I know the game, as I used to sell cars, of the back and forth negotiation. We were far apart on price so the sales manager, Vinnie Girard, came in. I don't have a problem with the turnover.

However, this guy was a shyster! Think of your prototypical car sales guy and this was it. He refused to negotiate and when I came back with a counter offer, he just refused to negotiate and said "We can't help you."

No problem. I'll take our business elsewhere if it's not wanted here.

If you MUST come to this dealership, ask for Gregory. He was awesome. Avoid Vinnie.
