First time in....was getting a little antsy. A couple of people that came in after me vehicles were done before mines, grrrrrrrr! But I was called next! The rep was very informative and notified me of recent recalls which were fixed at no charge of course. I also loved the fact that he didn't pressure me into unnecessary repairs!! Most def be back!!

You'd think that buying 4 cars from the same dealer over the past 15 years would buy you some kind of favor, but not here.  Not only do they not value you as a customer but they are not committed to doing the right thing.  

A few months back I had my '11 A8 serviced there.  $600+ and 3k miles later, the engine in my $80k engineering marvel locked up (so they say).  In informing me of this the service advisor said he'd never seen that happen in this car and just didn't know what to say.  Said it would cost $24k to fix.  Contacted Audi USA, who asked Gosset to do a tear down (at my expense) since the engine was full of oil.  Gossett refused saying it wasn't and good use of MY money.  

When I went to pick it up more than a month later once it was clear that they weren't going to step in and do the right thing, I was told the did a partial tear down at a cost of $1,100 but that they didn't find what was actually wrong with the engine. After getting it home I could find no indication that the engine had been touched.

I was told by one of their employee whom I've known for years that they are good about taking care of little things but that when it comes to majors screw-ups on their part they will circle the wagons and take you through hell to resolve it.  This is proving to be true in my case.  I did a Google search and couldn't find a single post where anyone had had the same problem.  My only conclusion and the conclusion of several poster on AudiWorld.com ( audiworld.com/forums/a8-… ) is that the dealer botched the service job and is now doing a major CYA.

Sad thing is that I have always been a loyal customer and have sent many people to them over the years.  One recently took his NBA son to buy his first car.  They were both disappointed with my treatment and will likely be taking theirs to ATL for service.  

If you are looking for an Audi or Porsche, I'd suggest test driving there but buying and servicing in Nashville, ATL, or Little Rock.

Very unappetizing sales experience at Gossett on my first trip there today. My business partner and I were looking for a workhorse truck and came away soured on the dealership.

The salesman was unenthusiastic, even distant. He didn't shake our hands or ask us questions to understand our needs/requirements. He didn't seem to know which cars were available, which had been sold, which were still on the lot. Once he had described a handful of trucks we were interested in, he then wasn't able to keep them straight.

All in all, we did not feel welcomed at this dealership.

I'm a little hesitant to write this review in the event that I ever have an issue with my vehicle, but to help all of you, I'll "air my dirty car laundry". I've driven a Porsche for the last two years and have had all of the maintenance on the Porsche done at Gossett. Of the services I've had done, I question if they just take the vehicle for several hours or days and do nothing. I recently had the 50,000 mile check up completed, which took a week. I made the appointment two weeks in advance so I would have a loaner vehicle. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment Gossett was out of loaner cars. I was bused around town by an associate of a rental car company (not Gossett) and by the time all was said and done 2 hours had passed and I received a terrible rental car. No one apologized for the mix-up nor was I compensated for my time or hassle.

When I picked up my vehicle a week later, as I drove off of the lot (prior to getting on the street) an alert came on saying my tire needed air. Shouldn't they have fixed that or at least alerted me to the fact that my air pressure was low?!? A month after the check up my oil and coolant light came on. Again all fluid should have been topped off during check up.

A month ago I went back to Gossett to look at trading my SUV in for a car; I played phone tag with the sales associate for a couple days then never heard back from him. On top of those issues the waiting room at this place stinks! Overall, I would recommend taking your business and hard earned money to another dealership that appreciates its customers.
