I would just like to take a moment to thank my sales person(Cindy Long). Per all the bad car salesman stories I've heard throughout the years, Cindy Long proved it all wrong..I appreciate the time(patience) she had for me, in making sure I was comfortable & happy about whatever vehicle I chose. I didn't feel like she was just trying to sell me a car (even though I know that's the goal). She made me feel that she cared about me, making a suitable long-term decison. The Whole time it was all-about-me! This was a Wonderful Experience for me in purchasing my new vehicle! I will gladly refer others to her! KUDOS TO YOU CINDY LONG-LADY YOU ROCK :):):)

Offered $5,000 for a vehicle they had for sale, Zach(internet manager) countered my offer of $5,000 with $5,500. I agreed to that price, few moments later apparently they received a higher offer from someone else and refused to sell me the car. I guess the dealership must have turned into an auction as well as not holding someone's word accountable. What happened to the days of peoples word meaning anything.

I have always rented my vehicles from other car places but after meeting my husband, he had always used Toyota car rentals, I decided that I would use them also. We have rented our cars from Toyota for about 3 years and I love dealing with the staff there. They are courteous and go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best service possible. I sometimes need a car on the spur of the moment and they will do their best to accommodate me. We always return the cars in the same condition that we receive them and we have not had any problems in 3 years.

I was charged $129.00 for them to basically reset my "Check Engine" Light. Very disappointed they overcharged me so much for something they could've done in 10 minutes for nothing .  I feel compelled to write this for others. The folks were very nice but simply charged me so much money I couldn't leave with anything but a bad taste in my mouth.     They basically rob you blind.

I went to this location looking for a hybrid Camry. I called and they told me they had lots in stock. I got there and they had three. The man that waited on us treated us like we could not afford the car we wanted. We had been approved at three other dealerships. We had a huge down payment. He was so rude. He did not try to help us at all. He acted like he was wasting his time. We left and went to another dealership and bought a car same day.

I've owned many cars: high end, middle and God knows low end but customer service trumps all bells and whistles. This is my second time choosing this location and they never disappoint. They give it to you straight and that's how I live my life. Complimentary wifi,  food and snacks?! Oh yeah, I'm back again and again.

In and out in a flash. Doesn't matter what time you roll in the clean vehicle check in area you never seemed rushed.

I usually go to this dealership for oil changes for the most part. Now usually I go on a week day so I don't have to wait forever to get serviced. Now the amenities that you have to keep yourself contended are really good but how come you're limited to one bottle of water  for complementary is somewhat confusing. Now to my service of my car. Usually it doesn't take a hour to change a oil change but I guess I'm wrong. The customer service is great there but they really need to let the customer know how long exactly it will be for you to know when it might be finished. And I know car salesman need to make a deal but if I'm walking around then I'm just looking but that is what irradiated me the most.
