I rather not.  Seeing the updates from the other reviewers after they spoken with the manager seems like it'll be a waste of time

I was invited to call the General Manager, Jeff Smith, to share about my experience there. I did and Jeff apologized stating that there was a "perfect storm" of events happening when we were in there trying to get service (employee issues, vacations, etc.). He said he could personally come by the day after we talked to deliver and put on the cap for the hub cap. I accepted his offer. Instead, though, the Service Manager, Angela showed up and replaced the cap. I was disappointed as I was left with the impression he was going to hand deliver it - now that would have been service!

Oh well, now Wolfchase Nissan is getting our business as we had yet another nail in our tire yesterday (darn these Memphis roads!). So far so good with Wolfchase Nissan - David was honest, upfront with all costs, attentive, cost effective (no price jockeying like Auto Nation with Jim Keras) and had timely follow through. My husband was in and out in no time. Finally! Folks are right...three times a charm!

After we talked to them more and let them know what we thought of how they were handling things it has improved.  The car a friend had may be fixed, they have kept in touch with her regularly.

Another update - Nissan has agreed to replace the car, but the dealer is dragging its feet and using up the max amount of time they have to give the replacement. And in the  meantime, they had said she couldn't even use any of the extended warranties that she had purchased in the meantime. They finally agreed to it. But everything has been an extremely stressful hassle.

I purchased a preowned vehicle from Autonation Nissan last month. Anthony Wells made my car buying experience very easy as he expidited every process from negotiating a fair price to putting the keys in my hand at the end of a satisfactory transaction. As a first time buyer from a dealer rather than private party I highly recommend this dealership.

This place was better when John G. was a service advisor.  Mark L. took care of my car when I arrived.  He got me in and out quick, too quick I think... not good!

I needed an oil change at 60,000 miles, I could care less for the multi-point inspections that dealerships perform, however it is like the techs did not look over anything on my car and simply checked the "ok" green boxes upon returning my car.  The last time that I had my car in for service, John G. made sure that all points were covered on the list, and I know that a few of my fluids and brake pads are not in the "ok" green zone and need replacement.  

I wouldn't trust those techs again, and I will likely will take my business else where, nor would I recommend my fellow Nissan owners to this dealership.  I think the techs forget that there's a window from the customer waiting area in which we can see how they work.  

I agree with the other review here, Mark is not too friendly of a service advisor, did not even get a "thanks for coming in, have a nice day" when I left.
