Found a truck online that I called about. I was told to come in but the truck wasn't there. I was given a truck to drive home so I would come back the next day. I was told the truck I wanted would be there, I showed up at the agreed upon time and the salesman wasn't there. Another salesman called him and he said he was across town picking up my truck. I called my wife and told her to pick me up. I put the keys to the truck they let me borrow back on his desk and I left. The salesman never called me back which leads me to believe that truck never existed. I'll save my money.

SERVICE DEPT: Service is A L W A Y S incredibly slow! When they address your vehicle concerns. ..even when you have an appointment,  they always say they are behind and understaffed not to mention they can NEVER find the appointment time you set up!! Only come here because of the free services that the warrant provide. ..after that...I'm done with this place! Never again!

Disclaimer: This review is for the Service Department ONLY

Where to begin? I called ahead and got an estimated price and time to fix my wife's car over the phone. I was given two prices - they depended on which part I needed. They charge $89 to do a diagnostic and if you get the service done, then the fee is waived.

We had the car towed in. It took them TWO days to get the diagnostic done. Afterwards, they had to order the part and it was shipped in from Jackson, MS. Keeping track? THREE days so far to get it to the point of diagnosed and part in. I was told it would only take them one hour to get the part put in and programmed. The part was the Body Control Module. After 2-3 hours of waiting for a call back, I had to keep calling my service advisor, David Hendricks, back. I'd call and he'd tell me he didn't know anything and he'd call me back in 10-15 minutes after he checked. After an hour, I called back. Mr. Hendricks made a rather snide comment telling me that he knew if he called me back, just wait a few seconds and I'd call right back. I'm sorry if that bothers you, sir, but due to where I work I can't answer my cell phone and have to call back from the office line.

Anyway, we were then told it would FOR SURE be ready by 5pm. We were actually told this the day before after the diagnostic was completed - that 5:00pm was the worst case scenario. So, I dropped my wife off at work assuming their word was good. She had a ride lined up to get her back to get her car. Well, around 2-3pm, I still hadn't heard back. I decided to call and speak with the Service Manager, Jerry Austin. He was apologetic and assured me he'd get it done in time. Long story short, it was not ready by 5pm and my wife had to get a ride home after work from a co-worker. They told me then that it would be ready by the next morning and luckily for us, it was.

They get 2 stars instead of one due to the 10% discount off of parts and labor they gave.

However, we went back today because (not-so) coincidentally, some lights on the dash below the radio were not on. The BCM they replaced was behind this dash. I simply mentioned that it was rather coincidental that this part fails after they've been doing a bunch of work behind the dash. I asked was it not possible that they might have bumped it or hit it by accident. To which Jerry Austin sheepishly replied, "Absolutely not." complete with hand-waving and head shaking.

Well, Mr. Austin, even your best mechanics are human and mistakes CAN and DO happen. They quoted me a price of $384 to replace this board with a 10% discount. Why would you discount something if you KNEW it wasn't remotely your responsibility? If you think I'm going to get that work done there after the experience of getting the previous work done, you're crazy.

Bottom line: You're a dealer with a staff full of factory certified mechanics. You're not "Jim Bob's Auto Shop". Fix it right. Fix it on time.

That's not too hard for most everyone and unfortunately for them, we won't be back. I encourage you all to avoid their service department, if not the dealership, entirely.

Picked my car up and I did not have any brakes at ALL!!! Paid over $1300 and they refused to fix them by stating they did not touch the brakes. The car had brakes when I dropped it off and no brakes when I picked it up!! I also had items missing form my car which nothing came up even after the manager was notified!! They had my car for almost a month!! Never go to this shop they are liars and thieves.
