Do. Not. Go. Here. The service department worked on my car after a coyote accident and replaced the condenser. The air conditioner has never worked right since. I took it in SEVEN TIMES to have it fixed; every time they had "found the problem" and fixed it, but a year later - still doesn't work right. One time I made an appointment, and the collision center manager (who is terribly condescending and rude) just flat-out refused to work on it that day. I need to get it fixed before the warranty runs out, and they are completely unresponsive. I guess they think I'll just let my warranty run out?

Oh, they also stole things out of my car during one appointment. Great service department, let me tell you.

Their sales staff are awful, too (and called repeatedly, daily, for weeks, even after I told them I had bought a car already). It's worth the drive to Morristown, where no one gives you the run around.

Before you go here make sure you check their prices online.  The first time I went to look at their used vehicle selection I found a Rogue that I was interested in.  I ended up leaving that afternoon (thank goodness) because I felt like they were trying to rip me off.  Later that night I went online and looked at the same Rogue on their lot only to find that the asking price online was $2,000 less than what the sticker said on the car at the lot.  The next day I went back and they had no good reason for the fact that they were trying to charge me more than their online price the previous day.  I ended up purchasing the Rogue for the price it was listed for online but I don't recommend going here if you're looking for a good deal.  I felt pressured the entire time I was there to hurry up and spend more, and the salesmen don't seem to be knowledgable about anything (vehicles, serving requirements, financing, etc.).  Then a day after I brought my car home I noticed the Sunroof was whistling, so I called my salesman, Eric, up and he advised me to bring it into their service shop and they'd take a look at it for me at no charge.  So I rush to get there after work before they close, only to have them tell me for them to just look at it will cost me $111 and that I had to take it to a Nissan dealer.  If I had it to do over, I would not go to them and I don't plan to ever do business here again.

Awful experience. Fall 2011. After the hail storm and my wife took her car here. There was also damage remaining from a prior break-in that the dealership had missed. My wife kept trying to point it out to the gold chained, top-two-buttons-unbuttoned service manager, but he kept ignoring her in a patronizing tone. We kept being promised that it would be done but it wasn't. Kept having to make the one hour round trip from downtown to pick up a not-yet-finished car. Any time we asked questions the front-line staff was friendly but management was rude and tried to make us feel like we were being unreasonable. Eventually, my father in law called and complained enough that the owner himself delivered the car back to our apartment in time for my wife to stop using their rental before an out-of-town family engagement. The ceiling light is a little iffy after their work and they left a ton of broken glass underneath the back seat. I could not be more disappointed. Take your car anywhere else. Buy your car anywhere else.

Horrific experience! Our dealer sold us a bad vehicle, he was slow and treated us like we knew nothing! We should have left but we finally found what we wanted at this place. The dealer told us the vehicle had been checked out by the service dept and was perfectly fine. Beside taking almost 6 hours to do the paper work on their end he said he would throw in new mars and a cover then he totally tried to make us pay for it! Totally crappy customer service. While driving the vehicle home after all that it basically wobbled bc the axial was not in the proper place, so we took it back. After two days, they finally sent it somewhere else and had it repaired correctly. This was a disaster. Thinking back we should have left but the vehicle was what we wanted most. By the way this Toyota dealership constantly lied to us, go figure!

I went in for a repair on my rear windshield wiper.  They were curteous and ready to please.  The part that sold me on them was this.  I also brought up that my hatchback had suffered a little ding in the garage-never close the garage door before closing the hatchback! The guys there took a look at it and told me that they could fix it but that it would be expensive.  That being said they proceeded to tell me how the latch and seals back there are working just fine and if I could live with using a little more muscle to lock the back then SAVE YOUR MONEY.  They were truthful and that is great when dealing with any mechanic or body shop issues.  I am a fan.

Dealerships are just shady. There is really no other way to put it. The servicemen are very nice, but of course they are. They want you comfortable and they want your money.  Lately, it seems like every time I go in another "something" needs to be fixed before catastrophic consequences. I do like that you can get a free coffee, tea, or water when you go. This trip they rotated my tires for free since I bought them there about a year ago. I'll go to this place as long as my car is under warranty, then I will find a cheaper place.

Excellent service advisors!  I have been bringing my car here since 2006 and almost every time they roll over backwards to do what they can to assist you.  They also service all makes and models so we bring all of our cars there.  I recommend them to anyone.
