Reviews on Ted Russell Nissan

Leah Anderson was extremely unprofessional and condescending as was the GM Gerald, when we came into purchase a Leaf. She would not even talk prices with us until, we allowed her to run our credit because we did not look like "buyers." And Gerald backed her up. WOW. We make well into six figures, which we did not tell them, nor should we have to. Everyone should be treated with dignity when looking to spend their money. You work for Nissan, not Bentley. Get a grip lady. We have never experienced such disgusting behavior from any salesperson. It's a wonder they are in business with people like this representing them. So we left, and instead purchased a new car from a different dealership that same day, even though we had wanted to purchase a Leaf.

There are also five salesman hanging around outside the door just waiting to pounce on you, and three more sitting inside by the door. It's extremely desperate and uncomfortable to say the least. They will do anything to pressure you into a sale, unless of course Leah jumps in and decides you don't look like you're a "buyer." Then they will attempt to humiliate you and make you prove yourself to them.

I'll add we also went to Toyota, BMW, and Honda and they all talked numbers with us without doing a hard credit check and made their best offers. We ended up with BMW, but they were all professional and courteous. And did not act like they were doing us some favor like Leah Anderson and Gerald at Nissan did. This place is an epic FAIL when is comes to customer service.
