Reviews on Mercedes Benz of Knoxville

Had my vehicle detailed by Jack's crew at the recommendation of another (nameless) auto service advisor. While his price was about $50 higher than the competitors, the quality of both the work and their customer service justified the price.( Had the price been near the competitors, would have given a 5.) Jack picked up my vehicle at my office in the morning right on time, had it ready before 5PM (open 8A-6P, reservation required). Jack was very responsive to my phone call and provided all the info I needed to make a buying decision. They washed, waxed, shampooed, deodorized, conditioned, overall detailed and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend and would use their service again. Thanks Jack!

When you think Mercedes, you think quality and class.  A Mercedes dealership had better pay a lot for the car (well, we actually didn't pay that much - bought ours used) and you pay a lot for service.  At the Knoxville service center they deliver.  They are always courteous and accommodating, and the service is top-notch.  They either provide a loaner car or take you somewhere nearby (shopping, restaurant, etc.) while you wait for your car.  Or, you can just stay in their waiting area, which is very nice.  TV, comfy chairs, drinks, snacks, wi-fi...I could hang out there.  I haven't, but I could!  I usually get a loaner - and it's always a much newer, much nicer Mercedes which makes us wish we could trade in our "economy" Mercedes for the newest model.  I think that might be their plan.
