I was shopping for my new car here and stuck up with one of the commission based salesman here. Initially he was enthusiastic to show me the car, but as soon as he knows that I am here to enquire best price, his attitude changed very reluctant. He started with sticker price is their best price and they can negotiate something when I am ready to buy.

Seriously man, I am buying 20 grand car and I am ought to find best prices. Who will just walk in and buy a car at price u quote? He was not even ready to take me inside to discuss prices. After much insisting, he took me in and after some haggle he gave me edmunds true value as their best price.

Meanwhile, rather than talking about car features and service offers, he was constantly pushing for honda finances and low APR and trying to say how my trade in is not of much worth.

After this, i decided to get quote from internet, and straight away i got quote for $500 less than edmunds price from same dealer. Other dealer gave me $1500 less than edmunds price from where i eventually bought the car.

Seriously, don't start with this sales persons sitting outside the dealership before you do the inquires. Internet prices were promising, no haggle and much convenient.

I have been here for servicing my previous car which was good experience, but car buying was awful. May be because i stuck up with wrong person who was trying to ripped of my money. I understand deal has to be beneficial both ways, but prices should be comparable (at least by $500). Other dealer gave a quote lesser than $1000 and won me as customer straight away.

I recommend getting internet prices before you go to the dealership.

I have been a HONDA owner for many years, and I am usually not one to complain but this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been to this location many times for variance reasons and have never been satisfied. Long wait times, unfriendly staff, workers who work on commission are a few of the issues I have with this location. Last time I took my car in for an oil change they told me that I needed new tires. I proceeded to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion from actual tire stores and both told me that I was not even close to needing new tires. Talk about trying to take advantage of your customers and pocket some extra money off of commission!
