This is my second Rav. Love dealing with Steve Axtell . He takes the time to make sure all your new car needs are met.

The service department could use a little fine tuning but the dealer ship is moving to a brand new building in Seekonk.

I'll add to this when it opens. I'm hoping the facility will off detailing and washing and vac cunning with a service.

I never thought I would write a review for a car dealership but that's how positive my experience was at Bristol Toyota.  I can't say enough great things about the customer service team.  Normally I wouldn't go to a dealership on my own, but I heard good things so wanted to try it.  I wasn't disappointed.  The team was extremely helpful and patient and gave me all of my options without any pressure.  I went in for a used Highlander and ended up walking out with a brand new one.  I can't thank Kevin enough for helping me purchase such a great car at an amazing price. I wouldn't go to any other dealership again.

Buying a car doesn't get much better than this!
These people are like a functional family.
Sure, they need to make a living, but they won't sacrifice your relationship for a few pennies more.
I researched the Nissan Rogue, the Honda CR-V and the Toyota Rav4.
The Honda and Toyota are the most comparable while the Nissan falls short in features and size.
The best trade-in and bottom-line deal came from Bristol Toyota Scion.
And with the included 2 year scheduled maintenance plan, it's a no-brainer.
The staff is friendly and personable, willing to talk and negotiate your personal situation until you meet a mutual compromise.

This place is always winning awards for customer satisfaction. I bought my first brand new car from these guys (Toyota Yaris). I went to a few lots in Providence looking at cars, but this one was on my way to work in Bristol and ended up being where I finally got my car.  

No pushy sales people, they're totally helpful and not trying to shove you down a small hole you can't get out of. The day I looked, I told them I would be back, and they actually accepted that as an answer instead of trying to scare me into buying (the whole "oh someone is coming in to sign today", or "oh this is the last one and we have a lot of buyers"). I was so happy about that, that this is where I chose to come back (LEARN SOMETHING FROM THIS, YOU PUSHY CAR SALESMEN).

The day I bought my car, my old car finally crapped the bed and I didn't have a ride to come in and sign the paperwork, so they sent a guy in a sweet Scion to come pick me up 40 minutes away in Providence! They guys really go all out.

If you need any work done or an oil change, they'll pick your car up at home or work, do the job, and return it to you. How awesome is that?

After I bought my car, I got an invitation to a seminar for new car owners, where they would go over your warrantee and show you the ins and out of your car, I don't know if every car dealer does this but I thought i was really neat. I also continue to receive reminders for oil changed with coupons for them too.

I would defintiely recommend these guys for buying a new car. They're not pushy at all, will let you browse the lot without running at you full speed, and they treat you like royalty before AND after you buy from them (even if you don't have a loan with them, which I didn't). Also, awesome selection, the lot is always packed.
