Pittsburgh's Ford dealership with a small town approach to car sales, service and relationships.

Pittsburgh has long been described as a big town with a small town feel. Like the city that we serve, we are a big car dealership with a small dealership approach. We work every day to break the stereotypical car sales and service reputation. Our family-owned and operated dealership considers our customers to be like family. We understand how difficult it is to walk into a dealership or service department and believe that your best interests are at heart. From the purchase of your new or used vehicle, to any ongoing service visits, it is our goal to make you feel as comfortable as possible through your entire vehicle ownership experience.

Customers often stop by to visit, check out the new models on the floor, or talk to their salesperson about a hunting trip with their Ford truck. Our customer relationships are a big part of why we have been successful for so long.

We have proven track record of outstanding customer service. Sturman and Larkin's commitment to you, our customer, is second to none. Our family-owned and operated dealership treats our customers like family, not a number. We carry the full lineup of Ford cars and trucks and all makes of used vehicles. We also have a state of the art full-service car repair facility and a newly redesigned auto body shop and collision center...

Reviews on Sturman and Larkin Ford

I was surprised reading the negative reviews. My husband and I both purchased our new vehicles here and trust Sturman & Larkin to service our cars. We have never had an issue.

A friend recommended the dealership due to their award-winning service department and free oil changes, and now my husband and I recommend this dealership to everyone we know. The sales staff went above and beyond to get us the exact SUV we wanted and the service team is extremely knowledgeable and respectful.

It's a family-owned business, the staff is helpful and professional, and over the years they have bent over backwards to accommodate us and ensure we're happy with their service. I highly recommend this dealership.

I went to Sturmin and Larkin Ford for a simple repair after I was cut off and had to swerve into a curb to avoid a collision. I dropped off my car and asked them to install a new tire and rim. They performed the job satisfactorily and I took my car home.

However, after taking a look at my car in the daylight, I discovered they put a random tire on my car. It is not recommended to mix tires on the same axle since it reduces handling, especially important in Pittsburgh. When I called them about this, they mumbled that they told me that a tiger paw tire was going to be installed before they completed the work. Since these conversations all took place over the phone, I can not prove what was actually said but I know I would not have agreed to that.

So, I took my car in again, but this time made sure I asked for the SAME, EXACT TIRE that is currently installed on my car. I must have sounded like a broken record, I mentioned it so many times. But, yet again, they installed the wrong tire and I needed to come for an additional visit.

In parallel to the tire fiasco, I asked them to do some work that is covered by my warranty. Despite informing multiple times that I would only be charged $110, they charged me the full amount for the repair.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Their incompetence at completing such a simple job proves that they can not be trusted with more difficult work. They were rude and defensive when I brought up issues I found and were not pleasant to work with. Save yourself some time and money and try a different dealership.

I went in there about 5 years ago for an inspection and they gave me a list of $2700 worth of repairs I needed to do. I took my car to johns garage in brentwood and he said I didn't even need the majority of the stuff sturman  and Larkin wanted to do and he did the needed repairs for $400.

When I took it to sturman & Larkin for the free re-inspection they passes my car even though I only got half the repairs they claimed I needed done.
