Reviews on Rohrich Lexus

I recently purchased a CPO IS250 AWD from Rohrich Lexus.  Working in a client-facing, sales position, I appreciate that I was not over-pressured at any point during the process; from test-drive to "sign here".

Carlos is a wonderfully inviting and genuine guy, who knows how to relate to his clients - potential or repeat. The day being simply another on the calendar for him and his team but a rather big one for myself, I enjoyed very much the conversation and the comfort level I found myself in.

Looking over the Yelp reviews here, I would say that the lot of negative opinion are from those who have somewhat unrealistic, if not nit-picky expectations or reasons for being dis-satisfied. One thing you will notice, however, is that the GM has taken the time to respond to these individuals in an attempt to reconcile with them.

All companies rely on sales to be prosperous - they will send correspondences.  Obviously it goes without saying I have received a few of these notices since driving off the lot with my car - some things I keep aside and others find the recycle bin, like with anything, but the correspondence is appreciated nonetheless.

To the team at Rohrich I say job well-done, and I would expect nothing less than the same level of professionalism, "make-yourself-at-home-ness", and personable qualities I saw there moving forward.  I am sure I will not be surprised during return visits - of which there will inevitably be a few.

Despite my scathing review from a couple of years ago, I decided to give Rohrich another shot. We were in the market for an RX now (seems the CT marketing strategy worked on us), and Rohrich is a lot closer to our house than Lexus of North Hills.

I submitted an online quote request for a specific RX model that showed up in their inventory. I received the typical system-generated emails that explained how wonderful the dealership was and provided me with quotes on used cars I had no interest in. Other dealerships typically have a salesperson send out another email about an hour after this introducing themselves, providing a quote, and then asking if I'd like to come in for a test drive.

I still haven't received that introduction or quote from Rohrich (it's been a week). I'm guessing they are either holding my original review against me (totally understandable), or are just incompetent when it comes to dealing with the online side of things. In the words of Kevin O'Leary, they're "dead to me".

I was recently contacted by the general manager Carlos Echevarria to come in and talk to him about the changes he had made to make the dealership better since he had became the general manager.

I must say that I was blown away by the fact that he took the time to contact me and truly wanted my opinion on how the dealership could improve.

It was great to meet him and hear his past and future improvements to the dealership. I especially love the fact that he is trying to bring young people and people of all colors in to work at the dealership.

If you are looking for a great car salesmen I highly recommend Mark Entress. He is very personable and just an all around great guy.

I will defiantly give Rohrich another shot when it's time to upgrade my Lexus.

Went in to get my car your time and never go there.  I was told it would take 2 hrs and the work took over 3 hrs.  Nothing additional was performed...just slow service.

More importantly I was treated terribly.  The service tech had no customer service skills and was rude and not knowledgeable throughout the process.

The day after I took my vehicle to Rohrich a light came on in my car due to not having enough air in the tires.  I expect the service department to check the pressure in my tires during a 3 hours oil change appointment.

I felt compelled to post seeing the bad reviews. We went to the pre-owned shop and had a great experience. Michael Garafola was patient, didn't bash or bad-mouth other brands, and didn't harass us as we walked out, and respected when we said we would be in touch. We've been to a lot of dealerships in the last couple of weeks, and this was a good experience.

After I posted a bad and honest review, one of the guys from the dealership message me and told me I am a liar! Good service ha

Buying a car is a horrendous experience, and I was not looking forward to it. Having finally graduated and gotten a real job, I figured it was time to move up in the world and get a nicer car. I looked at BMWs, Audis, Mercedes, and then finally got to Rohrich to check out the Lexuses (or is it Lexii?). The very obvious thing that sets this place apart is the professionality of the sales people. You don't have that cloying, smarmy car salesman type there. They are actually your advocates. They don't sit there and tell you why a Lexus is better than whatever else you were thinking to buy. They just will let you know about why this car is fantastic. I didn't feel pressured, and even though they knew I wasn't in a rush, they didn't try to make me move quickly. They did say that their inventory turns over fast, but that when I was ready they were going to make sure that I had the car I wanted. After an agonizing few weeks, I ended up with a 2011 Lexus ES350. There was a very limited negotiation process - their prices are basically fixed, especially for pre-owned, but there was a gesture of goodwill thrown in, and I appreciated that. Other things - the showroom is very clean and fancy, more like a nice retail store, rather than warehouse full of cars. There are smiles and acknowledgements of your presence, but I did not get that sense that I was roadkill and they were the vultures that I've gotten at other places. I'd highly recommend buying a car from here. It changed my view on the car buying experience. Ed was a great sales rep, and I told him that when I was back in 3 years to get another one, he'd better be there.

Rohrich Lexus staff and managers are the worst human beings with worst customer service I have seen in any Sales.
Please don't go here, though u r close to this showroom please go some where else to buy  Lexus cars. U don't get Lexus treatment, leave all about that they don't even care u as a human being !
Carlo's the General Manager is the worst and mean guy, never even tries to solve customer issues and bothers to listen to ur problem !
zero rating for Rohrich Lexus !!! I hate this place.
Wish I could give them less than 1.
