Always a great experience at the dealership. Just had my car in for service and I could not be happier with the customer service and the great work done on the car.

I had an offensive customer service experience on October 28, 2014 by Mr. Charles Lucci, General Sales Manager at Rohrich Cadillac of Pittsburgh. Mr. Lucci was wholly unprofessional and personally insulted me during my visit.

I visited Rohrich Cadillac to return my leased CTS and obtain a new vehicle. Mr. Lucci became annoyed that I did not have a "serial number" for the vehicle although the VIN is clearly displayed on the car and I spoke with the dealership on two occasions about returning the car.

Mr. Lucci even commented that my experience would have been different if I had "common sense" and he was extremely disrespectful. Finally, he refused to speak to me, and I was able to return the car only after contacting a representative at Ally!

I left without even the discussion of leasing a new Cadillac because I refuse to tolerate such behavior, and I personally feel Mr. Lucci has no place interacting with the public when he lacks the most basic sense of respect and kindness. Until this incident, I was pleased with Cadillac and I hope that Mr. Lucci's behavior is not an indication of the customer service experience with Cadillac going forward.
