My wife and I bought a brand new 2014 Nissan Frontier from Bob Fiori. Very pleasant experience! The showroom, repair shop and vehicle prep room are immaculate. He and the rest of the staff made us the customer feel comfortable and they had plenty of cookies, water, popcorn and coffee! While this last comment sounds like a small thing, the last dealership we visited offered nothing. They had a good selection of vehicles and deals all-in-all which made our purchase relatively easy. People always give me a hard time because I have my car repairs and service done at the dealer.  Well, when your dealer has a convenient and easy appointment process, offers free wifi in the waiting room with cubicles for doing work, free bottles of water and cookies, and a friendly older gentlemen who comes around every so often and asks if he can get you anything, then yes, I take my car to the dealer and don't care what you have to say!

Located off business route 22 in Monroeville, Pittsburgh East Nissan is a great dealer and service center.  The technicians are friendly and take the time to explain in detail what service they performed and recommendations for service or repairs.  I've never felt pressured to get something done that I didn't think I needed.  Also, if you bring your own part, they'll install it for you, so you don't even have to buy their parts.  I don't know if that would apply to something like an engine, but for simple things, like a cabin air filter, they are happy to do it.  

My 2011 Nissan Rogue and I are very happy with Pittsburgh East Nissan.

The sales process was similar to the other dozen cars I have purchased before.  The service department is typical Ford-Chevy-Dodge service.  It is not the premium level service usually experienced at Japanese car dealerships.  No loaner cars, no rides home (unless you live within 5 miles of the dealership), so you must take a day off work to get any service performed.  The service personnel who answer the phone are rude and not helpful.  They do not return phone calls and forget about even attempting to schedule service on the dealership's website.  Even though I bought my Nissan here, I get it serviced at another dealership.  Because of the bad service, I will not buy another vehicle from Pittsburgh East Nissan.

I virtually never review anywhere except restaurants, but Nissan has left me no choice but to sing their praises.  Like most of us, I had always looked at car buying like getting a terminal disease, you just hope it doesn't last long and you can endure with dignity until it's all over.

East Nissan changed all that.  They have a vast selection in stock, and the cars and offices are extremely clean, uncrowded and well maintained.  I talked to 3 different employees before I made my decision, all were friendly, professional, well informed, sincere, and for a dealership first, NOT PUSHY OR MANIPULATIVE AT ALL!  We got the exact car at the exact price we wanted, and they made what is normally a pain, a pleasure.  Nissan, thank you for showing me, and the world what car buying should be!

I bought my car here and was very impressed with the service. Of course my salesman was a car salesman deep inside but he never came across as the annoying, pushy person. Ralph was respectful of my wishes and my research. In the end, I was offered a deal that was a win-win for both. Also I got 3 free oil changes from them in a year. I will probably take my car to them for my next oil change, even though it's a bit out of the way for me. Their service is always great!
