I purchased my 2015 Santa Fe Sport from this location last week and everything has been great thus far. My salesman was Craig M and he was very kind and did not give me that slimy car salesman vibe. He introduced himself, shook our hands, offered refreshments from the beginning and provided us with excellent customer service.

I had my bf and parents join me to help with the negotiations and they certainly made Craig work for his commission. My parents are very informed consumers so that made the negotiations a bit longer than most I assume, but finally after about 7 hours, I had a new baby ! Thanks Craig.

My experience with Pacifico Hyundai was not a positive one. I was working with a negotiator who I hired to help me through the buying process. My negotiator set up an appointment for me through the manager of this location. I was supposed to go there for a test drive, plus an assessment of my current car's value. Easy in, easy out, and with intentions of buying a car if everything went smoothly.

When I arrived and asked for the manager, he immediately passed me off to a sales rep and I knew things were not going to go as planned. When I sat down with the rep, she asked for my phone and email address, which I did not wish to give as I would not be doing any of the negotiation for the sale. This did not go over well. My test drive was pretty awkward and very short - I was reminded more than once that it was the last day of the month which made feel uncomfortable. I brought up the fact that my car was also supposed to be assessed and that was quickly shut down.

After leaving, I immediately called my negotiator and asked that he find my car at another dealer; I simply did not feel comfortable there. One week later, I've got the car I want at the best price possible (spoiler alert: not from Pacifico).

Let me begin to say that if I could give a half a star or none, I would. My experience here was horrible. I went to see two separate cars on two separate occasions. First, they couldn't locate either of them. Neither car was checked out by their service department before showing them to me and they found fault with the first vehicle, so I went in to see the second they were offering me. This car was dirty and banged up and big suprise it wasn't even an option for me to buy! However, they are both still listed online in their used car inventory! This place is a real joke and I am so happy I did not purchase anything from here because I would hate to have to deal with these people. Furthermore, the salesman Ed was very unprofessional and I cannot count the number of lies I had to listen to. I am not disgruntled, but relieved that I did not make my purchase here. Please learn from my mistake and do not go here for a used car unless you have a lot of time to waste and enjoy disappointment.

Pacifico hyundai has the worst service department.  For an oil change they promise two hours.  Four hours later you may get a result.  For a large business, they should have their stuff together and be like a well oiled machine.  Terrible customer service.

I came here because the used Hyundai I bought was acting off. I was given a list of $1000 in possible repairs, including changing steering fluid and installing a new headlight, but none were the exact cause if the problem. They gave me their best guess as to why my battery was draining and I paid them for the $200 valve repair. Imagine my surprise when the car worsened! My dad checked under the hood and immediately noticed the problem. The engine wires were from a much larger car, which were the reason my battery was dying in traffic. Now, they may have been installed by someone who didn't know what they were doing, but the dealership could have added this $50 fix to their massive list. So for the chance to rip me off for $150, they sent me off in an unsafe car. Nice people at the front desk, but incompetent or possibly unethical mechanics.

I just want an oil change and you would think I am asking for God to send down a miracle.  I tried to schedule online and that is annoying, I tried to call the service department and the receptionist was rude and hung up on me.  I really don't think I want to deal with Pacifico and from the previous reviews I don't feel I am alone.

Nightmare I felt like my whole day was waisted... The sales guy was more worried about telling me he could fix the stupid window in the back seat then the fact that the car needed a battery, was making a strange noise, and the air condition was blowing warm air.. Wth.. However the other sales  associate was very helpful and showed me plenty of cars but everything was either stained so badly or beat looking it was a big let down.. If your buyin a brand new car that's different bt don't waist your time on a used car here cause there is nothing but overpriced cars...most cars there  in my opinion were purchased from the rental places by the airport ... Atleast the second sales associate tried to find me a descent car unfortunatly there's not much to pick from... I must of received over 20 emails in less then 24hrs was excited for nothing the sales associate mike needs to really either get with it or learn how to bull shit cause he was lacking in both.. Atleast be a good lier if your gna sell crap cars.

After doing a lot of research online and visiting a number of dealerships in this area, I stopped into Pacifico and ended up buying a great car at the right price from Lamont Dean.  No pushy sales-y attitudes or gimmicks, just a respectful transaction without that air of desperation you often get from sales people.  Go see Lamont for your next car!

I had my Elantra serviced here a week ago for a recall.  I also had a problem with my TPMS light that kept turning on.  They told me that they reprogrammed the light and that I was good to go.  Later that day, the same thing happened, the light turned on, so I called to schedule another appointment.  As soon as I got there the service guy told me there was nothing he could do for me and that my problem was not a big deal.  I told him I had read a lot about this issue and that it's common and he told me that things I read were not always true.  He spoke to me like I was an idiot because I was a woman.  It is the worst service I have ever gotten and my problem is still not fixed.

My wife bought a car here.  I handled the negotiations.  

Our salesman was friendly and helpful.  Once the negotiations began however, our salesman left the picture and we were left to deal with the manager.  This experience was annoying.  I had done my research and shopped around.  The manager must not be accustomed to dealing with informed shoppers because he was obviously lying to me on a number of fronts.  Had my wife not needed the car immediately - and wanted a color that was only available this dealer - I would have moved on to another dealership.  

My advice would be that if you have to come here be armed with knowledge and info on pricing from other dealers but in general I would probably buy from a different dealer if I had to do it over.

This review is based solely on Pacifico's service department. I have been taking my car to Pacifico for routine service (and on a few rare occasions for emergency service) for the last several years. No one likes paying for repairs or service. However, I have always had a positive experience with Pacifico. Dennis and Cliff are always friendly and knowledgeable.  If in the course of service they find any additional items of concerns they will let you know the problem and cost - I have found them to be very honest and there is never any type of pressue. If you choose to wait for service the waiting room has a large television and comfortable leather chairs. There are also free hot pretzels and Wi-Fi.  If you choose to drop-off your car there is a free shuttle service within a few mile radius of the dealer. Also, with every service there is a free car wash!

If you're looking to buy a car, don't go to this place. The salesman we had was decent, but as soon as the manager got involved it turned into a pushy, hostile, generally bad conversation. It left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Side note: after leaving we went to a different dealer and bought a car that day. It just goes to show that if your attitude is bad and you're unwilling to work with people, you're just hurting your business.

I went in to look at a Kia that I was interested in, and they told that the model that I drove with the features that I wanted was currently out of stock and they were expecting a shipment in the next couple of days. As I had started a new job over the past couple of weeks and was currently renting, I thought that it was obvious I was a motivated buyer and that they would have the car in stock in no time. Two weeks later after they wouldn't give me a delivery date on the vehicle that I had requested, I stormed out with my deposit check in hand and took my business elsewhere. Please avoid this place at all costs.

I called ahead to make an appointment for fixing my flat tire. the receptionist transferred me to the right person, who happened to be away from the desk so the recording mentioned their online scheduling website.

i went online and scheduled for the next morning. i arrived on time and they took me right away, the entire ordeal took only about 45 minutes. i appreciated the friendly and quick services, they were able to repair my tire too! they gave me a voucher for the nearby car wash.

the waiting area had a big screen tv, vending machines, soft pretzels, and a keurig coffee machine. i would definitely go back to them again for service.

Obviously I didn't buy a car from these guys so this review is solely based on the response and service of their sales staff.

We took a test drive with a rookie salesman. His attitude was a little too sales-ey and he should have been able to recognize that we were experienced car owners (and Philadelphians) and didn't need constant turn by turn directions when going around the block. But that was ok because he was helpful and I could tell that he enjoyed pointing out the fun features of the car.

Where he failed (and where I believe the dealership fails) was his stereotypical salesman bullshit. After taking our information he left us at a desk to go talk to manager and get a price quote on the car we were looking at. 15 minutes later we couldn't find him and wanted to go get some dinner. I found him in the building next door sitting at desk. I gave him my phone number and email and told him to call me, assuring him that we were interested.  After 3 days he finally calls, only to tell me that he will call me back in 5 minutes with a quote. 2 hours later, I called HIM, only to hear once again that he needs to "tweak the numbers"...riiiight. Finally, the next day I called and asked to speak to a sales manager. The guy I talked to gave me a shitty quote (barely below sticker) on a model that was NOT the one we drove or were interested in. When I asked for a quote on the other models, I was told they didn't have any in stock. Ummmm, it's a 2011 model (and this is June of 2010). Sorry, I wasn't buying it.  

All in all, these guys sucked. They had us on the line for a sale and blew it with their shitty service. Go to another hyundai dealer and save yourself some time.
