My car literally died driving onto this lot and although I didn't want a Hyundai when I pulled in, my man Steven Seidner really opened my eyes to a great car!!! I couldn't be happier with my decision!  If you want a straight shooter that can get you a great deal go see Steve! Best experience I've had with a dealership by far. Thanks Steve

Had a great experience here. Inquired about the vehicle i wanted online and they quickly gave me the details on it. The model i wanted was not available but they promptly had it delivered in a few days. When it arrived, my salesman Steve Seidner showed me the car and after that I knew that car was the one.

I usually dread the whole car buying process but I actually had a fantastic experience here, all thanks to Steve Seidner. I never felt any of that awful "salesy" buying pressure and Steve was very knowledgeable and able to answer any and every question I had. Very smart, and very personable guy... Not to mention the amazing car/deal he was able to work out for me. As long as I'm living in the area, I'm buying my cars from Steve Seidner, and you probably should too.

I had a great experience here.  I already knew what I wanted to buy from their used car department.  To be honest, I knew that their asking price was great before I walked in the door.  I know this because I had been passively searching for this car on cargurus.com , edmunds.com , autobytel.com , etc. for about 6 months waiting to get a great deal.  I suggest you use these sites since they will email you things like price changes and new listings.  I had already driven a few and I was a "picky" buyer (yeah, I'm cheap!).  Still, I negotiated for a small discount and I'm very SO happy with the price!  I liked the salesman I worked with: Mike Dunn.  I paid cash for my car so I didn't talk to them about financing, but after the sale, they did give me a presentation on extended warranties -I wasn't interested since I live far away and won't be using them for repairs, but if I were closer, I'd definitely give their garage a shot.  It was clear to me that they value customer service and word of mouth advertising.  Mike checked with me over and over again to make sure I was satisfied and didn't have any questions -not in a pushy way, but in a way that told me that they care about me and the impression that they made.

Save yourself a bunch of heartache, these people are incompetent and dishonest, in the process of repairing my Hyundai they broke a part and lied about it, specifically the service manager is the one to avoid and the general manager is useless, Mccafferty is 10 minutes away, and they are honest. I'm gonna start by saying that this dealership is extremely prejudice against women.  I work for the American red cross. I don't make a lot of money. I work very hard for the little I have. I purchased a Hyundai velositer in 2012 brand new at the time. On monday 9/15/2014 ,I was driving to my work site of the day. It was 5 am I was on the pa tp   my car started smoking and making strange loud noises. Thank god I had the ability to pull over  my engine for lack of better words blew up. After trying to get thru to Hyundai road side assistance, and being hung up on three times I finally got towed to a Hyundai dealership in plymouth mtg where I've never been before but it was closest. They looked at at and determined that there was no oil cap on causing all the oil to burst out . They also said whoever did the last oil change more than likely didn't put it on tight enough. Or even at all. They advised me to tow it back to Faulkner which is where I had the most recent  oil change.  So, Faulkner started from the beginning with telling me in a rude and disrespectful way, that this is impossible..Todd, the manager said in 13 years I've never saw it. So it's not possible. . They wouldnt even entertain the fact that this may have happened.  The last oil change was done so long ago (last week in March ) that they told me if they screwed up, something would've been happened. And I've literally been told the exact opposite by at least a dozen mechanics. Anything is possible. I then told them that I'm in the medical field and if you presented as my patient, and I had saw something that I've never seen before, they better make a will cause I've never seen it in 12 yrs so it's not possible.(it's the same, right!? ) They notified me that "they are not going to touch my car" they will not cover anything. Not even a rental until this is worked out. NOTHING   they're not even honoring their 100,000 mile warranty. Calling it neglect on my part because I waited too long between oil changes So my car sits. And I'm out a lot of money. I was talked to by the service manager, Todd. And his manager Mike like I am a PIece of crap.  They are both arrogant and they both,i feel, are taking full advantage of me because I'm a woman. Now I've never played that card. But I'm trying my best to do the right thing. My husband died suddenly in his sleep almost ten years ago to the day, and since then Ive really tried to do the best a can for a woman that woke up one day and found themselves Alone, and having to handle things I've never handled before. I'm not giving up. I'm trying different outlets to try and get what I am owed. A new engine. Without paying the 6000 I was quoted. If u take nothing outta this but one thing... Please think twice before u give people business and money that have clearly taken advantage of a hard working women, that tries to give back, and do the right thing. ...thank u for reading this.

Bad marketing practices. I inquired about a vehicle. When they finally got around to calling, I spoke to them on the phone and indicated that I had already purchased a vehicle elsewhere. However, I continue to receive automated emails which have no opt-out option or address as required by federal law.

If I could give them no stars I would first when I bought the car I asked for Bluetooth in the car and after everything was done we went to leave with the car and turns out no Bluetooth. They told me I never asked for Bluetooth and there would be nothing they could do unless I pay. After that I got letters from Hyundai telling me the gas mileage was wrong in my car and I was actually gettin less MPG then I was under the impression I was getting.

      I now have nothing but problems with the car. I have been to the dealership once a week over the past six months to get something fixed. My car does nothing but stahl out or the check engine light comes on every week. Also the car does nothing but rattle when idling. Everytime I take the car back they tell me they have fixed the problem and the next week something else happens and I have to go back. I talked to the manager and told him to give me another car with the same mileage and he told me he couldn't do that because I payed cash so I would have to come up with a couple thousand dollars to give them.

      I bought a new car because I didn't want my car in and out of the shop and I have heard that Hyundai was a good reliable car, well I was wrong this is the worst car I have ever owned and the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend Hyundai to my worst enemy. WARNING- STAY AWAY

We had a wonderful experience here.  Not only did we get the best price from the dealers we compared to, but the team made the process simple and straight forward and very comfortable.  When we came to pick up the vehicle, they took the time to go over all the features, get it set up with our preferences and GPS settings so that it was ready to go before we ever drove it off the lot.  Even drove all the way to our home to pick up my husband when getting the car.  Steven, Rob and Dave were all great to work with and had a great sense of humor given all the recent snow storms that made getting around difficult these past weeks.

I actually had a really great experience here. I originally brought my Hyundai Elantra in to get serviced since the power steering died. They did a full computer reset and gave it back to me free of charge. Unfortunately a week later it was acting up again so I brought it back. While I was waiting I asked if they would appraise it as well (hated the car). They did no problem and gave me a great price. I ended up trading it in to get a 09' Honda Civic. I worked with Barney who made me feel very comfortable and did not talk down to me being a 25 yr old girl in a car dealership alone. No one tried anything funny or tried to trick me into something I wasn't interested in. I was very straight forward with them and they returned the favor. A few hours later I drove away in my new car and left my jinxed Hyundai behind. I would absolutely recommend working with them if you are looking for a used or new car.

This dealership goes above and beyond. I'm waiting for my car (that I had an emergency with) and they brought me in right away. The service guys are terrific and the techs are wonderful. I'm glad that I purchased my car from this dealership.

Horrible practice of business. when I took my car in for 3 issues it was returned to me with them only test driving it for 2 miles. they wouldn't even take 1 of the tires of to check , which was 1 of the main issues. Bullshit excuses. I was excited to not have to drive to the Langhorne dealer, which was the closest, but now I will go back to McCafferty.

Wow! What a difference compared to the other dealerships we have dealt with. My wife and I were looking for a 2012 Elantra Limited and were contacted by e-mail from several dealerships. Jonathan Palmisano (internet sales) returned my phone call right away. Within an hour I was at the dealership and introduced to Billy Mullen. Billy sat down and truly listened to what my needs were and went over every feature on the car. The next day I brought my wife in with her car to find out the trade in value. We had already researched the Elantra and fair trade in values for our old car. The pricing on both exceeded our expectations and we signed on the spot. This has been bar far the easiest and most stress free car buying experience we have ever had! I used to work at a dealership and am very wary and picky.
