Don't use the online appointments because it won't save you time. Just come in the morning and get in where you fit in. Nice people and customer service.

This was my first time going to Dunphy. I heard mixed opinions but wanted to check it out on my own. I have to say that at first glance it seems dated and there is zero parking for the customers. Which you would think would be at a premium since it is a car dealership.

But when I went inside I was greeted instantly. Everyone was very friendly and not pushy like some places are. The person who took care of me is named Jason. He is an absolute joy. Every question I had no matter how silly it sounded he had an answer. He was also able to handle my quirky sense of humor. I like that.

He was able to break down everything for the car I decided on. And got me the best possible deal out there. Beyond that he saw me as more than commission. Which couldn't have been nicer. Buying a car is a stressful situation and he made it enjoyable.

What a bunch of crooks. They haven't changed in 30 years. My dad couldn't make a deal with them ages ago and when I went  I couldn't make a deal with them.   To preface I was looking for a leftover 2013 model,  which should not be quoted at full price.  First they wanted $2300 on my immaculate car and after humoring them they came back to me with an offer that was at least $150 more a month than what should be paid for 60 months financing on the car.  So multiply that one out and you get the picture.  They wanted to first steal my car,  then offer me above invoice for the car that I wanted.  Long story short these people haven't changed in 30 years.  Crooks then and crooks now.  Don't ever buy from them.

Non-threatening, trust-worthy.

These ppl are up-front and work with you to find the car you want. I just got a new one, was very picky.. they had patience and helped me research packages and find the car and incentives that worked for me.
