Reviews on Kenny Ross Ford

I just read the review post about Ben. I have worked with Ben several years ago and he actually helped me buy the car that I am driving today. He worked with me and went through the process in a professional manner. I also looked at another dealership that had me test drive a few cars that were used, dirty, smelled and the salesperson was rude that i didn't purchase a vehicle from him when he called me in and expected me to sign the day I came in.

So, I found working with Ben to be easy and there was no hidden agenda at all. He also followed up on some things that I needed i.e., extra key. He made sure that I didn't have to purchase an extra key for my vehicle.

Good experience from me! Thanks Ben.

These shysters should be turned in to the Pennsylvania Attorney General for fraud.
They have an UN-trusting individual, Ben, I believe his name was, that works in finance. Never in my life have I dealt with someone that was as shady and sleazy as him.
To approach my wife and I, who are potential customers with cash in hand, and NOT tell us who the bank was that he had an approval from, is very suspecting.

When you are attempting to purchase a vehicle from a dealership and they won't give you the details about the bank because, in his words, 'they help me out in a lot of ways, do me a lot of favors, and I just can't tell you who they are unless we complete the deal."

We would never complete a deal unless we know all the details upfront. What kind of scam is he running.
Also to say our payoff was $20.00 higher than it is is just plain wrong. I mean, it's only 20 bucks, but is the dealership that hard up that they have to make an extra $20, or was that just a $20 bill for his pocket???Maybe he needed 20 for lunch.
I know the EXACT payoff to the penny, because I retrieved it from my bank the day of the deal before we went to the dealership. and he quoted it 20 dollars higher. SHYSTER!!!!

Not only is not telling us who the bank is, suspect, (red flags are going up everywhere), but we have an approval from another bank for a loan of over $34000 at a rate of 6% and he states, "I couldn't get it to go through because there are certain parameters and if the numbers aren't right, I get little yellow triangles and it won't let me proceed." Again, WHAT??? If the numbers aren't right??? If the numbers aren't right for who?? Obviously for him and the dealership.

The only positive thing about our experience was the salesman, Doug Poko. What a true gentleman. Its a shame he had to lose a deal because of a lying shyster.

In all of my life buying vehicles from dealerships, including Kenny Ross in Wexford over 20 years ago, the salesman or finance person has shown us line by line what the selling price is, trade in price, price owed, etc etc, and what the final numbers are. He came out with a small piece of yellow paper in his hand and didn't show us a thing. When I put my coat on to leave, disgusted after spending 3 hours in your dealership and accomplishing nothing, he came back with some credit score forms, saying we needed to sign them because of government regulations. B.S. Number 1. I don't have to sign anything unless I'm purchasing from you and 2. the credit score you say was mine, is definitely not mine. I can GUARANTEE my score is 70 points higher than he said it was,  and YES I do have a copy of it. Don't tell me my score is not what it really is, shyster. I'd say that's FRAUD!!!!!!!

This guy either has NO CLUE when he's talking with potential customers, what he's even talking about, or is just a flat out liar.  My guess is FLAT OUT LIAR in an attempt to deceive the buyer and make the dealership more money.

We ended up purchasing a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali from another dealer, a very reputable one,  with a fantastic rate through 1st National Bank.

Needless to say, Google,Yelp and Dealer Rater, is the way to go, to let others know....RUN........RUN AWAY VERY FAST, something definitely smells fishy.

The staff was straight forward and honest. Warranty work and service was finished in a timely manner. They kept me involved with the service work. No surprises with the cost of repairs. Courtesy shuttle was a huge plus.
