I shouldve known better. I did know better but did it anyway. My HUGE MISTAKE. The owner, Robert, is a complete asshole with the way he talks to, and treats his customers. His flunkie, Chris, who comes off as a nice guy "thats only here to make things right for you" is a scam artist and a con, as well as the old guy who prowls the lot looking for a commission. They sold me a 1997 Pontiac Firebird for $2500. Beautiful car, but a mechanics dream. Not only did the drivers side window not work properly, but the motor for the drivers headlight was screaming as well. They PROMISED TO FIX THIS as soon as they could, but chose to screw me and my wife over in true used-car fashion, telling me "We take our cars to a real mechanic, not some backlot guy that dont know what he's doing, we want your car to be the best it can be !", then, when I brought them my car, Chris accidentally told me that HE fixed my window that was off the track, inside the door panel, WITH SUPER GLUE ! I then asked, because of his incompetence and lies, what HE had done to fix the headlight motor ? After trying to dodge my question, I pressed him further. HE didnt do ANYTHING to it, and told me, as if I was some ignorant person who didnt know any better, that "its supposed to sound like that, and that he didnt do anything to it". I was furious and told him so. Not only did they NOT DO what they had promised, (the simple cosmetic things) they sold me a car with a CRACKED HEAD that has now cost me $2000 more to fix !!! He told me he "didnt need the aggravation because he had a heart attack last week". I told him it was because he makes a living out of screwing people over ! Now we get to the good part ! Not only did they NOT fix a damn thing they said they would, within 24 hours, my motor overheated, leaving my wife and 3 dogs stranded on the side of the highway. It continued to overheat every time we drove it and left us stranded 3 times in the first week ! When I told them about it, they said "it wasnt any of their concern since I had driven it over 20+ miles". They are crooks, liars, cheats, and extremely dishonest assholes who will smile and lie straight to your face. They need to be run out of business immediately and reported every time anyone makes the huge mistake of buying from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DISHONEST LIARS, EVERY DAMN ONE OF THEM. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. Hey Chris & Robert, Screw both of you f*cking assholes !

This is the first time I have ever purchased a car that didn't come from a large dealership and I was very pleasantly surprised. I had my eye on a red Chevrolet that T and R had for a few months. As any smart person should, I educated myself on the car thoroughly before I went to check it out. Iwent in to look at it and ended up leaving with it. A GREAT car for the money. Quick cash deal - everyone was VERY friendly and I was out and down the road in less than 20 minutes. They were very straightforward and even showed me the paper trail showing where the car came from and how they acquired it. I don't blame them for not keeping vehicle titles on site - I wouldn't either in that neighborhood! I bought the car 3 days before Christmas and they had the title ready for me the following week. These guys put most other lots on 82nd to shame with their level of service -- I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Yes, I know, shame on us for shopping at a used car dealership on 82nd Ave. Lesson learned. This is a new business-just opened months ago. The owner, Robert, has obviously never worked with the public, his people skills were absolutely awful! We paid cash for the car, which is a decent car, but they didn't have the title for us that day. Said "come back tomorrow and we'll have it for you". Well tomorrow turned into three weeks of phone calls and visits to the lot. Finally I called the dealership in Washington where T&R bought the car and got more information from the title lady there in our 5 minute phone call than I got in 3 weeks worth of phone calls to T & R! They would say "I'll call you back in 5 minutes" ( this happened a couple of times) and then they never did. The owner has horrible communication skills and should leave all customer interaction to his title guy Chris, who knows how to smooth things over. I wish we would've read the complaint about them with the BBB before stopping there. We would've driven right by.
