Their finance manager lied to us big time telling us they would give us about $5000 more on our trade in just to get us in there   Of course he wasn't even there to confront about this.   Obviously didn't buy anything from them.  One of the dealers that apparently try to make you feel like they're doing you a favor by buying from them.  I've bought more than 20 cars in the past and this was the worse.  I know where I'd never buy in the future.

I don't believe I have the skill to tell you how frustrating and awful my experiences were here.

I brought my car to them after being rear-ended by an uninsured driver who was texting.  They told my insurance and I that there was $2000 worth of damage.  They then proceeded to keep my car for nearly a month and after repeated phone calls, finally said it was ready to pick up.

When we go there, no one was there to help us so one of the sales guys found my keys and pointed out my car to me.  They were pretty rude, and we had to wait quite a while.  Thank god I asked the person with me to wait - I got into the car and it wouldn't start.  Getting out, I realized that the trunk couldn't fully close, so the light had stayed on in the trunk until the battery drained.  Given that this is the piece that they replaced (now to the tune of $6000), you'd think they might check that sort of thing.

They offered to give me a jump (?!) - uh no, you need to complete the work you just charged me to do.

Two weeks later, we had to call and follow up.  The trunk appeared to be slightly more aligned and I took my car home.

And.......the next time it rained, I went to get my grocery bags out the trunk.  They were complete sopping wet.  Leaking trunk?  Yeah, that's not a problem in Portland.  So my car goes back again.  And again.

And here I am a year later, with a car that Ron Tonkin charged my insurance $6000 to break further, and a trunk that leaks.  I am going to have to buy a new car this point and it sure as hell won't be one from Ron Tonkin (or fixed there).  I need to remember to report this, and will definitely be letting my insurance know about this.  Unbelievable.

I bought my car here about two years ago. When I bought my car, they threw in a free lifetime oil change card. Every time I went in to get my car serviced, I've dealt with this one lady at the service desk (except maybe once) who is always very pleasant, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure you get what you need. She couldn't find a body shop guy to do it for me, so she replaced my wiper blades for me herself, twice.

The last time I went in, she informed me that it was time for a tire rotation, and I was going to be charged $18.95 (if I remember correctly). Before I agreed, I mentioned that I'd gotten a tire at Les Schwab and I'm pretty sure they do tire rotations for free. She paused for a while and then said they she'd go ahead and do it for me for free so I wouldn't have to go to two places. I was unbelievably happy (and relieved, since I was moving the next day).

Their waiting area is nice, and they have coffee there (even though it tasted a bit burnt). I definitely needed some caffeine, so it was much appreciated. I didn't even have to wait that long until I heard my name and my car was ready to rock 'n roll!
