I can't say enough great things about these guys. I traded my C230 for a beautiful E350 coupe and it was a seamless process with absolutely no pressure. I had the pleasure of working with Ben, Jason, Ryan and the owner Andrew all of which were so professional, knowledgable and personable. I was really torn on which 3rd party warranty to get up until my closing and Ben took the time to compare all my options and have not only a recommendation waiting for me upon my arrival but several options with a list of pros and cons.

I would encourage you to look here for any purchase or trade in needs they have the best prices, with exceptional quality for both the inventory and staff. I would definitely buy from Rev Motors in the future.

Let me start this by saying I never leave reviews, period.  Since I know folks like to read a short and sweet review, I will sum up my experience in short and then go into detail about why Rev is so great.  The team at Rev is hands down the best private or retail car sale I have ever experienced.  You seriously should take a drive and see what they are all about.  

First off, I checked out Rev with intentions to actually buy my car from me.   I was amazed to see that after chatting with the owner Andrew, no one pressured me into buying another car or the "numbers" game for my car.  Andrew simply asked what I wanted for it and said he couldn't get me close and left it at that.  He left a good impression so I went back about a week later.  

After finding out they had a very rare Acura TL 6spd that I was after, I went back to see Andrew.  He set me up wit a TD and I was off.  I drove the car but noticed a couple strange vibrations so I told Andrew and he said he would have it on the lift the next day when his mechanic was in to inspect.  I then drove the car a few days later with the vibrations still present and decided to buy it because Andrew said he would work with me on fixing the issue.  

We went back and fourth a few times on the lift and this is where my mind was blown.  I worked closely with his mechanic Kevin in attempt to hunt down the issue at hand.  Andrew, Kevin, myself and the rest of his amazing team of salesman and mechanics figured out the issue.  To my surprise, Andrew went well above and beyond what he said he would do and took care of all of the issues with my amazing little TL.  Time and time again, Rev came through for me with no issues throughout the entire process.  

To say I am happy about the experience would be a gross understatement.  I have worked in the auto industry before and was shocked at how understanding and "normal" these guys and girls are.  It's a small, well run dealership where bottom line clearly isn't priority number one, Customer Service is.  

If you are meticulous and careful and demand nothing but the best in regards to customer service and inventory, go see my friends at Rev.

Let me start by saying that if you are going to buy a vehicle you should SERIOUSLY consider buying at REV motors. I would and already have recommended this place to both my family and friends. Something I have NEVER previously done. Excellent prices and even more AMAZING service.

I have purchased many vehicles and been to even more dealerships. One thing I can tell you is that absolutely NONE of them was a pleasant experience, whether I was dealing with a shady and pushy salesman or an even shadier and down right aggressive manager or owner. Dishonesty and harassment abounds in the car dealership world. So much that I came to the point where I didn't even want to test drive a vehicle because I hate being subjected to that treatment and the nice guy in me hates having to eventually be an A-hole just to be able to leave most of the car lots.

Enter REV Motors. At first I expected the same treatment and was prepared with my best Fu*k off face. Instead I was greeted by Tyler, who came out in the poring rain to see if he could help, I asked if I could test drive one of their vehicles, it happened to be a Lexus. I fully expected that he would try and fish out what my price range was or at the very least ride along with us. Instead he took a copy of my drivers license and handed me the keys. This was to be the first of many pleasant surprises. After test driving several different vehicles we took some time to figure out which one would be the best fit. Instead of harassing us or bothering us in any fashion we were just politely told to come get them if we need anything. Once we decided on the car that we wanted, an Audi Q7, we went in to do some paper work.

From the time we entered Andrew's, the owner, office, to walking out with the keys to our new vehicle was right under and hour!!! Anyone who has purchased a vehicle at a dealership knows that is next to impossible. Andrew is incredibly friendly and what's more important, at least to me, is that he AND his entire office, are genuine. You can tell that is the type of environment and attitude that he fosters. Anyways back to the purchase, he was extremely knowledgeable in my particular bank's financing and processes. This was important to me seeing as I have had issues with other places in the past. His knowledge of the process was critical in the smooth and timely completion of the transaction. Another thing I'd like to point out about REV is that all their sales come with a no cost 30 day warranty, something I haven't seen with any other dealership. While they do offer you additional coverage at an extra cost they are very upfront and make no underhanded attempts at adding it unknowingly to your contract through fast talk or "fine print".

Let REV Motors change your perspective on the car dealership stereotype!!! Get a GREAT deal in the process!

I REALLY wanted to give REV's service department the recognition I feel that they deserve. Since I wrote a book for my other review I'll keep this one a bit shorter. I've dealt with Nick both times I've gone in, I believe that sales is Andrew's part and service is Nick's part(not quite sure on that one). REV's service department runs just as tight a ship as the sales with the same friendly and genuine feel. Nick goes out of his way every time to ensure that my needs are met, he has a VERY knowledgeable and skilled staff. The thing that most impressed me with the service department is not only the fact that they literally provide legendary customer service but their prices, when they do actually charge, are MORE than reasonable, and come on, we ALL know that price is the real bottom line most of the time when it comes to the decision making process. These guys really take care of their customers and have more than earned my loyalty. I will definitely be taking all of my vehicles here, including the ones I already own, not purchased trough them!!

Jason and Andrew were easy to deal with. There was never any real pressure, just their desire to sell us the right vehicle.

They followed through with their promises to address cosmetic issues.

We took a lot of their time to make our decision. We visited probably every dealer in town that had the vehicle we were looking at. It became apparent that they were not only the best price, but least assuming. Some dealers were expensive because they were located affluent neighborhoods. Others were not, for the same reason. Rev Motorsports is the latter.

I'm not sure why people go online to complain about their unrealistic expectations for buying a USED car. Rev is selling used cars. As such, I expect that the USED car may come with some issues. The savings from not buying a new car will more than make up the difference when those issues arise. They let us take the vehicle for the day to have it inspected by both DEQ and a trusted mechanic. The whole process with Rev was more akin to a friendly hand shake between friends than your traditional high stress dealer sales guy.

I can't imagine anyone believing that I intend to purchase a vehicle by a simple conversation over the phone. So, when our decision was made to purchase from Rev... I gave them a check to hold the vehicle.. so I could make the financial arrangements to secure the purchase. Their patience was fantastic. Had we financed the car, we could have driven home that day. But no, it sat on their lot for 5 days longer. Perhaps an imposition for them, but it was good old fashioned customer service for us.

I asked for help in financing an automobile
I told them I had a loan on a previous vehicle I told them I thought it was high and I'm not sure if  they could do anything and after I said that I was never contacted again and just ignored.  I was a bit disappointed know one ever contacted me or tried to ask or find out what my situation was.

Found a 2013 Ford Edge on auto trader. I live in Corvallis and traveled up to see them on Labor day, they secured financing for me that was a better rate than my bank and I was able to get this vehicle the next day. There are lots of dealerships to choose from I am glad that I found these guys they were straight up and honest with me and met all of my expectations.I searched for this vehicle all over the state of Oregon and these guys had the exact one I was looking for at a fair price.

My husband and I purchased a BMW from REV last year, and there was no pressure. They jumped through some hoops for us during the purchase. There were a few snags, but Andrew worked them out for us. Check them out if you're looking for a European auto!

I just purchased a beautiful 2006 Ford Explorer from Russ over at Rev Motorsports. Nine out of ten car sales people piss me off by acting like a car salesperson. I had a wonderful pain free experience going through the sales process.

The vehicle itself was the only one that matched my demanding search criteria in a 100 mile radius. Rev had it right down to the color and the heated seats. I really didn't think I could afford this nice a vehicle and they put it in reach.

The Price: 1500 below my searched max price. My interest rate was the biggest shock. I didn't know rates went that low. Well at least not on Saturdays at 7pm.
Mileage was 15000 below what I was hoping for.

They made a little money. I saved a lot of money. That's the way it's supposed to work.

As for the after the purchase experience,
Andrew delivered on any and every issue that Russ and myself discussed during the sales process as well as a couple minor things that they had no business taking care but did anyway.(Thanks guys)

As for the previous review my experience was much different. I enjoyed not having the pressure of a large sales team size me up as I step on the lot, constantly breathing down my neck. I also understand how that giving someone time and space can come off as being disinterested. I am confident that if you reach out to them with any issues or concerns that one might have that they will treat you fairly as they have done for me.

Not happy with the sales staff.  They seem less than interested in the issues I've had with this purchase, right from the beginning.  Once they get their check, I feel like they are done.   They call themselves "no pressure", but it comes off as, "I don't give a f@@k".   If you don't want to have issues days or even weeks after your purchase, Don't buy here.  On the brighter side, they have an employee named Ben that was super helpful.  Won't buy another car here.
