I bought a 1991 Jeep Cherokee Briarwood edition from them about two years ago now and I wish I would have written this review sooner.  They were asking $1995 for it when I showed up. The salesman at first thought i was looking for another jeep there and told me that the other model has problems and to look at the one I was actually there for. We took it for a test drive but had to jump it because there was no battery for it.  The salesman told me he could probably sell it to me for $1495. I liked liked the vehicle despite a few problems like the drivers seat was welded to the floor board so it couldn't move and the alignment was off and steering wheel column needed to be replaced to fox fix the alignment. When we pulled back into the lot another couple was there that wanted to buy it from under me even though I said was buying it. When I went inside to make make the deal they let the other people take the jeep for fora test drive which was not cool since I said I was buying it.  When the salesman took took the $1495 offer to to the manager he came down personally and told me no because it could sell for $1995 and that was only because the other couple offered to pay full price for it. So I had to pay full price for it. THESE PEOPLE SUCK!

Some of you may or may not know that OCC was subjected to an investigation by the Oregon State Attorney General's Office and forced to pay fines and had to pay restitution to consumers they screwed over. If you have a complaint, please file it with the Oregon Attorney General's office since they brought charges against the company. Yes, complaints have reached that level and the AG needs to see that practices have not changed in spite of being fined and having to pay restitution OCC may still be intentionally or knowingly selling defective cars to consumers. Complaining at a website is great but if you want to put teeth into your complaint contact the proper state authorities who actually work for consumers and work toward protecting consumers.

Sad that I can't give this a negative star review. My husband and I purchased a 2003 GMC Yukon a few months ago from these sharks. They seemed kind at first, except for the finance guy (I think his name was Ken?) Anyway, fast forward to now and the SUV needs a new transmission! The shotty "warranty" they sold us is run by some backdoor warranty company who is trying to say the transmission going out is wear and tear, lol (mind you, the SUV only has 100k miles on it). Now we are in this battle with the warranty company to get this repaired. Even the nice people at the GMC dealership said "I can't believe that company sold you this car...That's complete bullcrap." Bottom line is Oregon C. C. sold us a lemon, and I would highly advise against purchasing a car from here.

High pressure sales.  Told me I needed to get a credit check to take a test drive. Sat me down and filled out all the paper work for a credit check, checked my credit. (I have extremely good credit) 15 minutes. Tried to make me sign a paper that I would agree to buy the car tonight. I did not sign.  Walked out to take the car for a test drive.  The salesman started with the manager in the back routine. Then again with the drive off with the car tonight routine. I walked into talk to the manager myself. He tried to make me agree to buy the car before taking it for a test drive. Then I walked out. I might have bought the car, but now I am venting by writing as many bad reviews about oregon car connection as possible.  Please don't support high pressure sales!

I stopped by this lot while looking for a good used car last summer. As soon as I walked onto the lot, the vultures started circling.

Vulture 1: Can I help you?
Me: No, just looking right now.

A minute later...
Vulture 2: What are we looking for today?

Me: Well, I'm hoping to find a good used Honda or Acura.

Vulture 2: Ha ha ha, well, you're not gonna find one. They've all been scooped up by the hispanics and modified, driven into the ground, and ruined. Here, why don't you look at this Buick?

Me: Nevermind

I felt insulted that this jerk laughed in my face, then tried to sell me something he just wanted to get off of the lot.

These people are pushy, rude, and don't deserve your business.

Buyer be ware it seems like the company writes a lot of fake reviews check out the majority of reviews left on the last few pages of google. this lot scares me..

My boyfriend went there to look at cars he was asked if he needed help he politely said "not right now I'm just looking".  Another salesman came up asked if he needed help and he once again said "not yet just looking".  The salesman tells him to go to another car lot down the street where they work with people that are just looking.  So he left.  How rude!  Wont be buying our car there!
