Its funny how this dealership only had a two star rating a month ago, then after mentioning it to them, they all of a sudden have more. hmmmmm interesting.
Not happy with my dealings with the dealer. They were not helpful when I asked specific questions the day I went for a test drive. Really kinda arrogant. Would NOT deal with them. They act like they are doing you a favor in buying one of their cars. They even raised the price $500 on the car I liked and wouldn't honor the old price only weeks aftering raising it. Nope.

Service was great. I was prepared to wait four or more hours, and it took only two. They invited me to wait in the lounge, but I chose to camp out in their outdoor lunch area under some shade trees with my two beagles. They took my vehicle right in at my appointment time too, which is a totally different approach taken by other dealerships that expect one to leave their vehicle all day and even then might not be done...

Just had my truck in there service department for over a week.      Couldnt get them to call me back so I stopped back by to check on the truck.  It was sitting out in a parking spot, half torn apart, hood open, in the rain.   I was disgusted, made them put it back together and took it out of there.

Overall, you can tell this place is under poor management.  From Owners, through managers, to the service advisers.  (I dealt with all 3)    Hopefully they will turn their act around, and give the service that people expect from a Ford Service Department.      I am taking my truck elsewhere, and would recommend that others do as well.

I'll try to make this short n sweet: The service dept here mirrors what I've come to expect at the DMV or an IRS audit of finance. Ive never had an IRS audit I'm just guessing how pleasing it would be?! I won't bore with detail of few experiences. I'm just not bothering with Northside anymore......

They've had my vehicle in their service department for nearly a month. I leave for a trip to the middle of the desert in a week. I have to call to find out if there's any progress and even after getting a manager involved, I still don't have my RV.
They're very nice and polite on the phone and seem to want to do good by me, but a month??? Really????

Very, very poor service department. I have dealt with them on and off for many years with many Ford pickups.   I have given them many oportunities to show me a better side. Once again, they have failed. This last time was to be nothing more than a LOF and coolant flush. Shortly after I picked it up, the check engine light came on. I returned to dealer and along with the diagnosis, they informed me that my rear differential was out of oil (no leak) and the coolant was contaminated. Yes, the coolant that they had only days earlier flushed, or at least they claimed to and charged me $140 for and the differential that was checked off as "ok" on the service sheets. Complete incompetance, hinging on the border of dishonesty.  They tell a great story at the service writers desk, following the Ford troubleshooting tree dialogue in detail.  I very much question, with good reason, if they actually do what they bill you for.  I have talked to the service manager and the GM. Nothing changes and no accountability accepted. In the past, I have towed vehicles out of their shop to have major repairs completed elsewhere.  They want to replace your fuel tank when you have a failed injector.  Seriously.  The explainations they come up with contain absolutly no common sense. My hunch is that alot of customers buy their line of falsities.
Do allow yourself to be one of them.

I bought a pre-owned F150 4x4 SuperCrew Lariat elsewhere last week, and some good citizen cleaned the driver's side mirror off of it while parked a day later. I took it to Northside for a replacement, which they had in stock (not so likely when it's a power, heated, turn-signal-incorporated mirror). I also wanted to get a second key and have it programmed, and a sticky power window switch replaced. They got me in quickly, fixed everything right, and were truly friendly throughout the dealership beyond parts & service. I personally couldn't be more pleased. I've owned 5 Ford trucks over the past 17 years, but have not previously done business with Northside. I couldn't be happier with my experience there, or with my Service Advisor, Wayne. I will definitely continue to do business there.

Worst service department I've ever dealt with. I will absolutely never bring a vehicle anywhere near these bozos again. Didn't fill the oil after a change. Quoted me 500$ and then called back and said it would be more like $5000, seriously. Had my vehicle towed out of there and fixed up the street for half the cost.
