Best place to purchase a Mercedes in Portland metro.  Brandon King and Dave Richarson was so great to work with.  We ordered a vehicle from Beaverton Mercedes and it's took us a little more than 3 months to get it, and when the vehicle got here, and we were not completely satisfy with what we got, (it was actually our fault because we forgot to add in a few more options)  and they were very happy to reorder a new one for us..  i mean, you talking about special ordering a car here not an ipad that you can return if you don't like it.. But they did it for us.  My wife was so happy, Dave is the manager and he understood, once you spend the money, especially a reason amount of money, you would like it to be completely satisfy.  
Dave and Brandon did it for me, i really don't know how much i would say thank you to these guys, just alots.  happy wife, happy life..
they followed up on the vehicle for us, Brandon even give me a free hat after the purchase. What can i said..

Used car pricing was better than fair.  Showed their internet sales a craigslist ad of another Fsport and they beat that price by $1600.  If it wasnt the color I wouldve bought their used CT200H.  They did what they say by following up on my auto search through phone calls and emails.

I was trying to find a car and decide to try Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. Elias Wilson showed me the cars I wanted to see and he is very knowledgeable about MB cars. After testing the cars I liked I decided to buy a CLA250. Elias told me that I could have the car built in Germany with the options I wanted, and I chose that option. Once the car arrived to Beaverton Elias contacted to pick up the car. The service was excellent, Elias made sure that most of the paperwork was done before I came to pick up the car, I only had to sign a few documents and that was all I had to do.
If you want to buy a Mercedes Benz, I would recommend you to contact Elias Wilson, he made the buying process very easy and pressure free.

Shamefully poor customer service.  Avoid this place if you can.  We brought our vehicle in to have a sunroof closed, as the motor had died.  It is an old car and we didn't care if it worked, we just needed it closed.  My husband and the service rep had the conversation about what our options were--either remove the motor and close it (cheaper), or replace the motor (more expensive).  We chose to remove it.  Cheaper.  Simple.  Yet hardly an hour of driving the car after repair, and $260 later, my husband notices the roof has come partially OPEN again.  My husband called them, and the manager responded NOT with something like, "Oh, that isn't good...we'll fix that for you..." but with, "I am sure he [the mechanic] did his best."  We were then met with our phone calls not being returned.  In my world, if the option of removing the motor included a risk of the roof nonetheless opening again and subsequent costs, then that should be disclosed in the conversation about what the OPTIONS are.  But they said nothing of the sort.  And once it opened, they THEN explained that, yeah, it could happen, and that we would now have to pay another $260 for them to close it again (and again, and again, perhaps), OR pay the $800-something for the new motor.  We figured they would do the botched repair for free the second time; no.  We thought it reasonable that, since this likelihood wasn't disclosed, they would not charge for the labor part of installing a new, very expensive motor (since the physical task of getting it to close was, as we were told, almost identical to installing a motor); no.  They were not going to budge.  They were not going to make right the work we paid for.  They were just going to charge us more money.  We were completely disappointed with the lack of forthrightness, the days and days we had to call and wait for a response, and the complete unreason with which they work with customers.  This is a MERCEDES service place, where they get to charge double than a "regular" service place.  You'd think some of that money would go toward getting treated well, with honesty and maybe even respect.   NOPE!  Disgraceful.

i visited this dealership about six months ago with my sister who was buying a GL.  I'm not sure what has changed, but apparently someone bought them out and their service has been horrible since.  They don't return phone calls, don't follow up on orders, don't follow up on requests, and have a dismissive, supercilious attitude.  For the amount of money you spend there, I would expect the staff to be at least somewhat engaged in the sales.  The attitude I got was, "this is mercedes.  you're lucky we're selling you a car.  you can take it or leave it, there are others who want it."  I'm not sure where these other 5 star reviews are coming from, but this was not my experience in three visits in a short amount of time there.

I would recommend checking out another dealer if you're still interested in purchasing a mercedes.  I'm checking out other makes.

I went looking at cars at the dealership on my way home from running errands in the area.  I am young and I certainly didn't dress like I could afford one but that didn't mean that Daniel, the young and enthusiastic sales guy, was going to treat me any differently.  He was unassuming, friendly, helpful and worked with me to get me into the car that was right for me.  Go see him.

Delightful purchase experience. Tons of cars on the lot to choose from. I didn't feel under any pressure and everything was very clearly explained to me, which I was grateful for as this was my first ever lease. The salesman was terrific, and very sweet to the kids. He drove them around on the dealer's golf cart and treated them like princesses. The whole place felt relaxed and the staff all seemed friendly and courteous. My sales guy was very responsive and helpful and walked me through every step of the leasing process. I got a very good price on the car I wanted, and drove away happy. Highly recommended.

I went in to look at the GLK. I was not looking for anything fancy. I just wanted something to commute and give to my daughter in 3 years when she turns 16.
I guess some of it was my fault. I did NOT do a lot of research.
I thought I was getting a good deal on used GLK and trade in on my Acura RL 2006. I came home and  hummmm I saw a similar car (same year less milage better equipped)  for couple of thousand less in Seattle/Tacoma MB dealers. Well, do your homework folks. When I read the reviews from C and D, Motor trend, Consumer Reports, etc.. Reviews were "okay". So I decided not to drive up to Seattle and buy one. I am still looking for a car.
I wish they will just tell me they are giving me an "okay deal" versus telling me that they are giving me a "great deal". I HATE BUYING CARS!!!!!!!!!! I STILL NEED A CAR!!!!!!!!,

Bought a used SL500 from these folks a year ago or so (my salesperson,  Brandon, was AWESOME). Have had it in for a couple of oil changes and a transmission service since and have completely enjoyed the experience (as much as one can taking the car in for service). I was a long time customer of the downtown Mercedes store, and loved the service there. I doubted it could be replicated - but I've been so pleased with the service and followup from Beaverton Mercedes. If you're looking for a luxury car, start here.

Took our GL in for a simple oil change.  When we came back to pick it up there was a loooong cut/scratch across the top of the leather in the seat.  It was as if someone had slid their rear into the seat while they had an open box cutter in their back pocket.  

Then when we brought the GL home and parked it on our just finished (the day before) $20k driveway, and we realized there was oil pouring out from the skid plate, staining the individually hand-laid bricks we just had installed.  Back to Mercedes of Beaverton it went.  Sure enough, the guy working on it had spilled oil all over near the bottom of the engine.  

How does this even happen?  The protocol for draining the oil from a GL is to use an oil evacuator (vacuum extractor).  My assumption based on the location of the oil "spill" is that they instead pulled the drain plug and half-assed the job instead of doing it correctly.  Either way, it made a mess.  When I took it back to the shop I asked them if they had any absorbent powder to clean up spills (like every shop does) that I may be able to take home and use on my driveway.  They told me to go to the store and buy some kitty litter.  Gee, thanks guys!  What a help.  

I got a call from Mercedes' regional service survey and gave them my feedback.  They said that they were sorry to hear about my experience and that the shop manager would be in contact with me.  Never heard from him.  This happened about a year ago, so I've since stopped holding my breath.  On a positive note, we had to take the car back in another day when their leather guy was there so he could fix the gouge in the seat.  He did a decent job, but a year later and you can see it again.

TLDR: Their service department is not good and I would not recommend you take them your vehicle.

5/14/14 time for an update.  I finally bought an E350, and it needed a bit of warranty work done.  I took it to this dealership and had it take care of.  I have to say I am a bit spoiled from owning several Infiniti's and dealing with their Customer Service Department which is FAR superior to this one.

The Service guys were nice enough; they said it would take about an hour, it ended up taking nearly two hours.  One nice young man showed me a few things about my Car Stereo which I appreciated greatly.

As I mentioned in my previous review, their Customer Service waiting area leaves much to be desired.  The chairs are uncomfortable, there is constant music playing throughout the place and that makes it hard to concentrate on reading.

There are stuffy Sales people walking around acting arrogant.  Not one person looked or said one word to me except their super nice Receptionist; she was the bright star of my entire experience.

I felt uncomfortable and out of place the entire time.  I will try to find another dealer for my future needs.

I would suggest a field trip across the street to Infinity to see how it is done.

Bought a Honda at a Lithia dealership in Salem and also purchased the free oil change for life, with this you can get an oil change at any Lithia dealership and the Mercedes- Benz is the closest to my house. The first time I went in I made an appointment a week in advance and dropped my car off, I had a friend pick me up since I had to a work meeting. After the meeting two hours later I hadn't heard anything, I called and they said it wasn't ready and would be very soon. I drive for a living and was waiting to get my car to work. I got a call THREE hours later saying it was ready, a five hour oil change. I had to take a day off and not get paid since I couldn't work. I emailed the manager and within 10 minutes he wrote me back saying sorry and that next time I come in to let him know directly and have an empty tank and they would give me a loner to drive. A few months later  I need another oil change and I email him...and heard nothing. I called on my own and made the appointment, this time it only took a hour and was much better but still have not heard anything from the manager. I let him know I made my own appointment but haven't heard. I will find a new place to get my oil changed now.

Brandon King takes customer service to the next level. No other dealership can match his responsiveness: within 30 seconds of clicking submit to get information on their inventory, he called me from his home to discuss-to date the other 3 dealerships I requested information from haven't been in contact. At the dealership, Brandon had us work with Romano, who did a great job of getting the right deal for us and we also need to mention that Andrew in finance was equally professional and helpful! Store manager is rude and condescending.  Switched from a Lexus to a Mercedes almost a year ago.  HUGE mistake.  We have had nothing but problems with the certified preowned GLK we purchased and have pretty much been told the lemon of a car is now our problem.   I knew I would miss Lexus's service department but I never thought Mercedes would be no better than a used car dealer!

He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and helped me eventually choose a vehicle that perfectly suited my purpose. His patience was also much appreciated as I spent quite a bit of time narrowing down my choice. Andrew, then helped me find a payment plan and interest rate that I was extremely comfortable with. Most people associate car dealerships with a lot of pressure but I never felt that here. I actually felt like Andrew and Romano were looking out for my best interests and I left with no regrets which is uncommon when making such a big purchase. We decided to give MB of Beaverton an opportunity to earn our business as we were tired of the stereotypical sales encounters at all previously visited dealers. If you're looking for a car, new or used, I suggest Chad D. If they do not have what you need on the lot, don't give up. Chad will be honest and do his best to help you find it. We told Chad what we were looking for and he brought in what he thought would be a great choice from another Lithia lot. He treated us with the same integrity I imagine he demonstrates even when selling a much higher price point car. No pressure and he honored and delivered as agreed upon. I actually felt like a hand shake was all I needed with him. Not something you find at every dealer. I fully endorse MB of Beaverton and Chad, and they will be my first stop on my next purchase. A truly pleasant experience.  My salesman Benjamin was what every person in sales should aspire to be.  Super friendly, knowledgeable. Considering I recently started thinking there was a moratorium on real "Customer Service",  this gentleman has renewed my faith.  I was anything but easy as a customer here and in fact had an extremely rough day, to the point of not wanting to finally buy my dream car (ml 350) once I was greeted by Benjamin that all changed. Also of note, never once in our ENTIRE week long exchange did he ever come across as pushy, rude or demeaning.  While complaining about my day he took note my phone had died and had it charged, he knew I was in a huge rush and gave me the entire package details as quick as humanly possible.  Stayed around for many hours after a meeting on his day off because this was most convenient for me.  
The facility is brand new and really nice as well.  Thinking about a Mercedes? Go to this place and go see this man.
