Reviews on Fidelity Fleet & Finance

Bought a Honda element from these people 2 years ago.  The financing was a bit ridiculous but we were able figure it out at a much high payment I was once offered.  The car itself has been great.  Decided I was ready for something a bit bigger so today stopped by another dealership and looked at a new car.  Was going to trade in the Element but found out the Element they sold me had a branded title.  When I bought this car they told me the title was clear.  In fact told my bank the same.  Then had trouble getting the title so they said.  Wasn't a big deal to me cause that's a bank issue.  Never heard anything about it til today when the car fax shows a branded title.  I now can't get hardly a dime for a car on trade I still owe 11,000 on.  Thanks guys I'm now stuck with a car that I am way over my head in and have a real pissed off bank who today just figures out the branded title as well when I told them.  Will never ever go back to this place!

I posted here about a shady deal I was given. Interesting enough my original post is gone......

This was a very poor buying experience Jimmy was the only positive light. My salesman was condescending and dismissive. I would not recommend purchasing a car here they have not held to any of the promises made, even though they where in writing. I am consulting a lawyer as we speak.

Had a great experience here and Mile's & Jimmy really made our car buying experience comfortable & quick.
Got my daughter into a really good car and they made everything they said would happen. ..happen..I'm impressed.  And will come here next for my own vehicle purchase.

Went in to check out the cars. Salesman was high pressure. They go along with you on the test drive, which I find insulting. It was only after the test drive he mentioned the price was 2X more than I told him i was looking for. Then magically, the car went from 11k to 6.5k in the course of some haggling. The KBB price was more like 5.5k but whatever, I was not buying it, just bargaining to see how far I could get him.
Do your homework and know what you want or you will be pushed around.

Most un-professional place I've ever been. I didn't stay long but while there I saw employes screaming across the parking lot just for the fun of it, got preapproved and then sent away, honestly it's not even worth the trip there even if you're just up the street

Worst vehicle buying experience ever!!!!! I was lied to by their sales guy Jack, promises were made but everything he said was BS. Truck broke down on my way back to the lot to sign final paperwork. Then when I got my original vehicle back from them that I was trading in, I had to go through so much trouble because Fidelity didn't release my vehicle from the DMV paperwork. Uhg!!! Go anywhere but here to buy a vehicle.

I had no issues with this dealer initially. Richard, the salesman I dealt with, was easy to deal with and friendly. No pressure at all. I told him what I was looking for and the price I saw it advertised for. He didn't try to sell me something else like every other dealer I've been to. Some lack of follow through with financing, but maybe that was the bank. My spare tire was missing. They said they'd find one for me, never happened. Had some minor issues with the vehicle, but buying used cars is a crapshoot anywhere. However, I went back here to trade in the vehicle I bought and it wasn't nearly as pleasant. Very aggressive and claimed I HAD to get the extended warranty in order to be financed. Found out later that was a lie.

I would give this place 0 Stars if possible , sending texts in response to a CL ad of a vehicle I'm selling shoes that they must mass market texts on CL without even reading the ads

My wife and I had a car that was purchased from these guys a year ago. My wife took it in and looked at our trade-in options, while there, the salesmen Frank and Skip manipulated her to believe that our car was breaking down--normal used car salespeople stuff. I wasn't bothered yet. They talked her into signing up for a new lease. Again, this is understandable for a used car lot.
They let her drive off the lot in a car that had brake pads with a dangerously low percentage left. She could have been in a massive accident.
I went back to talk with them about this and return the car, which was a bit more money than we felt like spending, they called me foul names and refused to take my paperwork.
I came back a third time with my wife and my father who knows the legal stuff better, as soon as we walked in, Frank and Skip cornered my wife and made her cry. They told her that our car was going to be impounded, that they would wreck her credit score, and that it would take years to recover from this.
At which point, we talked through the legal forms we signed, gave them their paperwork and left.
After five gruesome days of them threatening and manipulating us, we finally got our car back.
These men lied to us, manipulated us, called us names, made my wife cry and didn't back down. They treated us worse than middle school bullies.
They can't be all bad, but they offer a pretty good case otherwise.

Be careful of this place. They will bait and switch you. Wish I could give them 0 stars. I bought a 2008 Chevy Impala SS from these guys back in June and everything went fine. (see previous review) Well on July 9th I got a call from them wanting to come back in for some paper work. Told them given I'm coming from beaverton I'd be about a hour or so. They said thats fine. When I got there, the sales manager had no idea why I was told to come in. He only had a "post-it note" on his desk telling him to call me in... he got another guy to come over to tell me that there was a mistake in the financing and that I had to trade the car in. I asked what happend to the guy who sold me the car and they said that the sales rep who sold me the car no longer worked there. So they fired the guy who made the mistake and had no decency to help me around the mistake so I can keep the car.

They then showed me two cars with high millage despite being told I did not want a high millage car. Told them I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Yet another shady 82ed ave car dealer to avoid like the plague

Nightmare of a car dealership!!! Bought a car now we are stuck with a month or so ago. This is your typical used car lot. Liars!!! These people are slimmy jerks!! These people finally did what they were suppose to do yesterday after many return trips and call backs. They will sell you a car but will lie and not hold up their end unless you sit on the phone with then for a half hour yelling at them about how they dropped the ball..

Just got home from dealing with these guys - DO NOT trust them.  They straight-up lied to me, multiple times.  I'll never buy a car from them. and you shouldn't either.  Scammers!

As soon as their lies became obvious,  they dropped all customer service.  Acted like slimy jerks, tried to intimidate me.  Just stay away.

Update:  They settled out of court!  Yay me.  Don't trust them - but if you're reading this after they already screwed you, take them to small claims.
