I called them to asked about price over the phone. They said they had a truck but it wasn't the one I had asked about then hung up on me.

Worst experience ever. Do not do buy a car here

Talk about a bait and switch. They conveniently leave the price off their ad's and "Mysteriously" the price is quoted over the phone "way too low". Bunch of crooks that like to waste your time. What dealership pulls out a Kelly Blue Book to show you what they demand for a vehicle?? Do they really think I'm paying HIGH retail for a used vehicle?? Amusing.

Got the most amazing truck but what a headache. They promised me financing and sent me on my way. Few days later it apparently fell through. Threatened me by saying I can return the truck if I couldn't find financing. So drove back from Tacoma where I work to return it. They refused to return my trade-in. Ended up driving back and forth 3 times before they finally found a way to finance me. Love the truck but engine light came on shortly after I got it. I will never do business with them again. Also didn't help that the salesman's version of small talk with me was about my aging horse's " up and coming death." Which I told him is not the case. But it was brought up a few times. Bottom line expect lies after lies from these people.

Didn't feel taken care of just pressured! After three months of driving the car the front end get noisier and it just failed DEQ and the check engine light doesn't work. This may not have been the dealer but it is very Shady!

I would NOT recommend doing business with this dealership. I live in Seattle. I emailed the dealership an offer about a car they posted on autotrader. Dan emailed me back and agreed to the deal. And so I made an appointment over the weekend. I drove all the way down from Seattle area (3hours30minutes) especially to make a deal. Once I got there and saw the car not only they did not honor the deal they agreed to with me but the car was pretty dirty to show a customer.

Just Stay Away, there are plenty of dealerships who would work with you and keep their end of the bargain.

I wish you could put negative stars on here - they don't even deserve one!!!

Don't EVER get scammed by this place. We went to buy a car that was to be used in the winter - we needed a four wheel drive. They talked us into an all wheel drive - we got it home and were putting new tires on it and guess what - it isn't even an all wheel drive. You always think to check exterior things - but I took the salesman at his word when talking about the drive train.

When we went back they said it was too late, but they would sell us another vehicle that was 4WD. They tried to charge us $3000 more than the car was advertised for - then they said we had to somehow take a loss on the last vehicle because it was now worth less than when we bought it. (the week prior)

The car they tried to trade us for smoked and broked down on us on the way home. We ended up going back and taking the SUV they sold us with FWD and just counted our losses.

Now four months later we still don't have tags or plates for that car! No one returns calls and they are extremely rude. During our multiple trips out there we have witnessed salesmen doing drug deals, talking about how they scammed other customers and all in all doing shady business.
