Lying, rude ex cons sell crappy junk & call it quality. They also are unaware of the KBB website & think they have special Kelly bluebook information that nobody else can get a hold of. I mean if you need a ghetto ass car and your ghetto ass person then there probably right for you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! The only good they did was take my car back. After having it barely two months and countless issues, I took the car back and was able to do a voluntary repo. Please don't waist your time with these people. I get that they are in the business of making money but come the fuck on! Sell cars that will last the term of the financing. There's a way to make money!  I repeat! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I took my friend to buy a car here last Sunday,  we told them from the get go we only had 6 grand to spend. She found a subaru limited she really liked. We test drove it from 82 in stark to Johnson creek. It ran perfect amd she loved it. After discussing prices they tried to accept the offer at 6,000 they said they couldn't do it but offered 7 grand when they originally wanted 8. So she accepted and handed over her debit card. They let her know the dmv fees was 300 and that was fine. After they ran her card they didn't tell her she'd be paying an extra 250 for a percentage to use her card.... After purchasing she noticed her abs vdc lights were on. She took the vehicle back after reading the manual and talked with ROBERT. He was a complete a**hole. He yelled at her in the shop and said it was her fault she needs to read the manual. Finally the manager intervened and gave her the number to their mechanic. Hopefully there is nothing wrong... they raped her on the price and proved BAD customer service. But, she fell in love with the car...

I traded in my 1997 Ford Ranger last night around 7pm to Austin Affordable Auto. I drove off the lot and tried to drive home and the car died about 12 miles away in downtown Portland. I had my friend pick me up the next morning and we went back to the dealership and I got there and asked to speak to the sales manager. He had me wait for about 5 to 7 minutes and asked me to have a seat. I told him the issues with the car and that I contacted the previous owner Victoria who told me she spent over $7000 in repairs on the car and returned it back to them, because they were the ones she bought it from. He took the paperwork and ran to the back and then came out and said "get off my property, you're trespassing." I called the police and retrieved the emissions paperwork, etc.. I did sign an "as is" form, but I know they knew that the vehicle was incapable of running correctly. I looked up Washington laws and I ran across the implied warranty law. The dealer definitely knew that the car won't pass emissions and/or didn't work correctly. I live in Portland, but I bought the car in Vancouver, Wa. They didn't give me any of the transfer work either just the "as is" paperwork.

What a Mess. I went here after finding a car on their site that I was interested in. I arrived at the location and was told this car had been sold days before.(The listing was new that day) Found another car and did a test drive, the sales guy told me his sob sorry about being broke and asked for $30 bucks. I sat down to do the paperwork and all of the sudden the number on the car was not the actual number they wanted. He kept asking how much I had in cash and wanted me to give it to him so he could take it into a backroom. I wouldn't give him the cash to take back and show a manager. The manager came out and was a complete tool. I ended up leaving. This place is shady and wasted a few hours of my life. I went to another dealership in Vancouver and told them about this ridiculous experience and without telling the sales guy what dealership I had been to he already knew. In my opinion when a dealership in Vancouver hears a story and automatically knows what dealership I was at that's a problem. DO NOT GO HERE.

I just bought a car from here, and I'm just absolutely blown away by how nice and helpful everyone was. I absolutely love my car and it drove perfect on the test drive! But since it's a used car I did buy a warranty, because you just never know what might happen with a used car. I've had the car a month now and still runs and drives like new. I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!
