If you're getting service done here, please please please TRIPLE CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE.

Found my leather steering wheel scuffed after their service, immediately called to let them know.  The very next day, Jackie told me a specialist comes in on Fridays and would fix it.  Made an appointment with her for Friday at 10:00AM

On Friday morning, I called ahead and found out the "specialist" doesn't even show up until Noon.  Talked to Cale, another service rep, who refused to double check my appointment because he thought it was pointless because the specialist won't come in until noon and there's no reason for me to come in.  I was floored.  Why would they set up an appointment with someone who won't even be there?

Got a hold of the GM, Phil and explained everything to him.  He told me the specialist would be expecting me and would get it fixed in a timely manner.  Phil went on explaining he took over the location in Nov and "will be changing out some people" He went on giving me a free tire rotation, personally dried off my car when it was all washed up and fixed.  He will do and say whatever it takes to make you happy and out of the store.  Told him immediately, the scuff is still there.  It's somewhat fixed but not to satisfactory.  

After much deliberation, I called Phil a few days later and explained to him that the scuff still bothers me and since he thought their technicians weren't good enough, why should I?  I wanted to get my steering wheel fixed elsewhere and wanted them to pay for him.  Phil was literally a different person.  He backed up on his words and said he's never said anything about replacing his employees and he wasn't going to fix my steering wheel.

The GM here is a SNAKE.  Please be very cautious when you come to this place.  My steering wheel is still scuffed and I'm tired of making phone calls.  You may win on this one Tulsa Hyundai, but I will warn everyone about your dirty business.

We have a 2006 Elantra that has been a great car and was ready to buy a brand new one. We wanted to stay local and was waiting for the right time to buy. We received an e-mail advertisement from Tulsa Hyundai showing a Black Friday sale. The price of the 2015 Elantra was a good one and also the ad stated that all purchases made on that day would include $500 cash or an Apple product to the buyer. I called and talked to a representative there and they assured me that the offer was indeed as advertised. I asked about a couple of specific vehicles that was in the ad (inventory) and was assured that they were on the lot. An appointment was made and we arrived on Black Friday and selected a vehicle. Then the games began. It would be too lengthy here to tell the whole story, but the bottom line is that we couldn't get close to the price in the advertisement. We did settle on what we thought was a fair price for the car, but had to sign a paper stating that we would not get the $500 Black Friday incentive. I thought the days of these car dealer games were over, but not at Tulsa Hyundai. We probably should have just left and shopped around. We do like the Elantra that we left with but the truth is that shopping there on Black Friday was no different than shopping there any other day of the year. The advertisement was designed to bring in people just like us. Bait and switch. Very disappointed with this dealership. We will not go back there or recommend it to others.
