They told me I had almost nothing left on my brake pads, and needed them all replaced. Funny thing is I had them replaced somewhere else the week before. Don't trust anything they say. They're sketchy at best.

Hands down the worst service department in Tulsa. What they say and what they do are two different things and when you call them on their lack of doing as they said they would they brush you off ,attempt to use technical shop jargon and talk down to you. Once your car goes in do not expect any time frames or regard for the customer to be upheld or shown.  I took the time to make a yelp account just to do this, understand this service department is rude and their ability to finish tasks and handle customers in a professional manner is beyond lacking. When you buy your car they tell you that anytime something is wrong with your brand new car they will give you a loaner vehicle while your brand new car is being repaired. When said situation arises the service department tells you they do not give out loaners for repairing the brand new cars they sell you.  When scheduling your vehicle, this has happened 3 times to me, on a brand new vehicle I purchased from them, they took the vehicle in upon the service department open and told me they would call with an update by end of the day, you know it's nice knowing if you have a car or not for the day to day of life, they don't ever place the call and then when you call in on the following morning they will not have looked at your vehicle at all and the situation starts all over.  3 seperate occasions. On one of the occasions I complained so much I actually got a loaner. If you're a day out on scheduling, you should schedule so. In life you have to do what you say you're going to otherwise people stop associating with you, because you're full of shit. This place is full of it. Save yourself the frustration I have gone thru via this dealership and go to another one.  For the record I do not expect nor desire a red carpet and 30 minute service. Working on cars takes time, but as a customer you expect professional service without demeaning attitudes and empty words.

Never, ever, ever buy a used car without first taking it to a trusted mechanic for a thorough checkover.  That is the first law of used car buying, never to be violated or, as you sadly found out, you pay the price.

I guess, first of all, we went to a few dealerships to try and find a vehicle.  I'm used to dealing with Chevrolet cars, so I didn't have a whole lot of knowledge about what I was buying.  Still, I was careful because I only had around $4000 to spend, and no credit to speak of for a loan.

The vehicle drove just fine.  Our sales person said that the dealership would give us a three month warranty.  So, I talked it over with my mother, and we agreed, it was a pretty good deal.

So, we bought it, got it home, and realized that the warranty was not in the paperwork he gave us.  Not only that, but there was a crack in the windshield that we hadn't noticed before--a crack that went all the way to the edge and was not fixable.  We were now unhappy, but still confident we could fix it.

Then not more than a week later, I tried backing out of the parking lot one night after work and my steering wheel froze.  I turned it off, and put it in drive and it was fine.  The next day it did it again.  It continued to freeze until it didn't just happen when I put the car in reverse, but also when I put it in drive.  The day we were going to take it for a diagnostic, it finally got too dangerous to drive.  We called the dealership, very angry.  The sales person made excuse after excuse, and finally asked "What did you expect for that kind of money?"
I dunno, something that drives?  Hell, I got an '96 Astro van for $2500, and the only thing that was wrong with it was that it didn't have any A/C.  How dare you tell me that $4000 won't buy a working car!  I will never ever buy a car from this place ever again!  In fact, I highly suggest that no one else does either.  I am not the only one who has been treated rudely and been screwed by this place.  Feel free to check similar reviews on ripoffreport.com and google.

Thanks to Primeaux Kia, I will NEVER buy a Kia ever again!
