I have purchased cars from local Toyota Deals twice in the last three years. I will be buying a Toyota Tacoma in the next 5 months. But it will not be from Jim Norton. I have been pricing and looking at the Tacoma online and like the vehicle. Last week out of the blue I receive a  call asking if I still had the car I purchased from them in 2012. They where looking for that make and model for and insurance issue and would I come by and let them look at it. It was a scam and waste of time. They where not looking to buy my car- they just wanted to get me in the door. The salesman apologized for the 'miscommunication'. Told me it was a third party hired to make these calls. I left upset. No management ever decided it would be a good idea to talk to me about my frustration.

I can't speak to the main part of the dealership, but the used car & truck part of the dealership is lacking in every area of customer service and cleanliness. The cars in the showroom (a Corvette, BMW, and Mercedes) were not clean, the bathrooms were dirty, and the cars we saw were filthy (even after we were told they had been back to detail twice!). We were told one of the cars only had to be vacuumed out but there was obviously a lot more that needed done, if they can't tell us the truth about the cleanliness of the car I can't expect them to tell us the truth about how the car runs and any issues with it. Both trips to the dealership my husband and I were not greeted by any staff, we had to approach someone before we received any help, we were not told when setting an appointment to test drive a specific car that it would not be ready to drive, when looking at a car we were told that they weren't gong to fix the major cosmetic issues on the outside. When we said that if we are going to pay $10,000 CASH for a car we think it should at the very least be CLEAN and not have a giant scratch down the side of the car we were told "well, we just don't have a car for you then".  We spoke with a manager after our first trip and they said they wanted to fix things and try to help us find a car, but that was not shown in our second trip. I would not suggest this used car dealership to anyone I know. If you do go here to buy a car do so with great caution and inspect EVERYTHING on the car before buying it.

I bought my car here and have had most of the service done here.  They are pretty irritating with how they handle service appointments and walk ins.  They remind me of primadonnas perched on their stools. They do tend to talk down to me, but they treat my husband the same way. That aside, they have always fixed my problem and changed my oil like I have requested.  They have a nice waiting area with free coffee.  They also have a café with food and drinks for sale.  There is an enclosed waiting area with a TV.  My car has 260,000 miles on it which is testament to the quality of Toyota.  You take care of your Toyota and it will take care of you.  They have a large new car inventory and frequently have 0% financing deals on new cars.

Every single employee stopped to help me and assist with any of my questions or concerns when I was picking up my car from the service department. Everyone was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with the service department.
While my car was being fixed, they had to order another part for it and it was going to take a week to repair the car. This dealership was nice enough to give us a rental car to use while we were waiting for our car to be fixed. I love that service and it helped us save $400 from renting from Enterprise.

Everyone involved helped me drive away in the car I wanted. Very great experience . I was nervous coming in because this was my first car buying on my own but everyone made it so easy and not scary for me!!

My first service service here was pleasant.  The facility is clean and the comfortable customer lounge provides complimentary wifi, water and pastries. The cafe has coffee, sandwiches and other snacks as well. The service staff was professional they even washed my car!  

If making an appointment far enough in advance there are also a limited number of loaner vehicles customers can use.

Check-in if you want a free soda.

This is not a bad place if you have to stick around for an hour or so while your vehicle is getting serviced.

I bought two vehicles here and was happy until the last year. Lately I've had high pressure sales tactics foisted upon me while waiting for repairs and service problems as well. Last time they did work without asking me. I made them take it out as it wasn't  really needed. I'm disappointed that they have not met my expectations this last year and will take my business elsewhere.

Salesmen are extremely pushy. I went there to test drive some cars. About a week later, the salesman that did the test drives with me called and I told him I'm not interested. He proceeded to call again about 5 days later. Then, just now, the sales manager (Hans) called. They just don't get it. Quit harassing potential customers. Never returning.

Do not purchase the tires for life. It's a complete scam and sales hook. You will absolutely spend more money by purchasing the "tires for life" promotion. It's a big money maker and the sales department does a great job of bending the wording to make it sound legitimate. I now have a sour taste in my mouth and will not purchase my next vehicle at Jim Norton Toyota.
