Karissa is a wonderful service rep!! I will recommend the service dept. simply because of her customer service and caring attitude toward the customer. I've purchased two vehicles from Jim Glover Chevrolet and will continue to be a loyal customer while referring you to friends and family! Thank you to Karissa for how she treated me - I was made to feel like a friend and not just another "customer". How I felt mattered to Karissa and I will ask for her in the future. Great job to whomever hired this knowledgeable and GENUINE person!!!

This place has been a classic bait and switch place in my two dealings with them (with the exact same MO and person - Jorge - involved)!

It goes like this - I call their service department to get an issue fixed with my car. The person on the phone greets me well, goes over car issues, and then proceeds to give me a quote. I am happy with the quote. I get there early (7am opening) to drop my car off. Apparently I am not in the system. There is no quote. I get a new quote. The new quote is much higher than original quote. When I refer to original quote, I get told the previous guy was an idiot, then taken to a tech in their back shop who proceeds to give me an even higher quote, which the service rep refers to and proceeds to demonstrate 'what a deal' I'm getting.

Happened not once, but twice. Never going back. Tried the other dealerships - they quote about the same price on the phone, but actually stick to them when you show up. And the work is solid.

Avoid at all costs!

If you go here for service, be careful. These guys are con artists.
On my first trip there, I was there for a simple oil change, and they had a consultation with me over concerns they had about my fluids. They had an official-looking chart that they said proved that my brake and power steering fluids were very bad indeed, but they would be more than happy to fix the problem for a couple of hundred bucks. So thoughtful. I took it to 2 other places including my regular mechanic, and they saw no problem whatsoever.
Then I went with a friend who wanted to get her oil changed there despite my concerns, and sure enough, they pulled a fast one on her also. They charged her and extra $6 for another quart of oil! I did some checking, and sure enough - her vehicle only took 5 quarts after all. I confronted the service manager, and he confirmed that, but then had some lame excuse about "Maybe the gauge on the oil was not working and read higher than it should."
VERY shady business practices going on here. I felt that they did this to her because she was a single woman and figured she wouldn't know any better. Despicable.

Though tiring, our experience buying our new truck was amazingly different than what we have experienced anywhere else. We had already had a disappointing experience with a used car lot and a shady salesman. I cannot express how much I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the sales representative Jacob Hurt, His Manager Walter Tynes and the finance manager Tony. I will recommend Jim Glover to anyone I can. We LOVE our truck!

Hands down the best dealership I've ever been to and a great car buying experience! Great service, friendly employees, and the only place that will get my business. My wife and I have now bought 3 cars and trucks from here now, as well as our family buying vehicles, and it has been a great experience each and every time. We have also serviced our cars here. I would and do recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Horrible customer service!!
They told me I'd get 3 months before my first payment and the company that I financed with had NO idea this was told to me. Said they never do that and didn't know why I'd been told that. Glover then came back to me and said that they would just take 3mo off the price of the car. WHAT??! No, you told me I had 3 mo no payment and I relied on that to get my money together. I'd already paid off other bills because I knew I wouldn't have a car payment for 3 mo!! They ended up paying the payment to the finance company for me for 3 months which was nice but these guys are shady. I haven't had a good experience with them ANY time I have ever taken my car in.
I have decided that maybe people only buy Chevy's anymore just b/c it's a chevy. I don't plan on ever doing business with these guys again and I won't be buying another Chevrolet in my lifetime.
