I think most would agree that purchasing a car is one of the most stressful and irritating things to do.  I never liked the fake salesman coming up and shaking my hand or the vultures swooping in to compete for my business.  I usually get turned off by dealerships and walk out.

Well that did not happen here.  I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership.  I have HEAR, Never had a better experience than Fowler.  Fughgettaboutit.

I needed a car for my family as well as getting a vehicle that would be easy for my 92 year old Father to get in and out of.

The whole team, Steven, Tom Burger, David Greer, Thad Bond and Raymey were all a pleasure to work with.  They were kind, understanding and appreciative.  All without any pressure.

I just can't believe it.....I walked in and within an hour had my car traded in and drove away with a new Toyota Sienna.....

As I was leaving the dealership I was shaking my head saying....Did that just happen??

Plus they made me an offer I couldn't refuse...

I've always been worried about taking my car to a dealership or mechanic because I don't know much and I'm sure they see me coming from miles away. I always worry they will try to fix things that don't need to be fixed or sell me a part I don't need. When I got my used Prius, I knew I wanted to find a good team for service needs in order to extend the life if this car.

I know I have found just the team to help me make this car last. Fowler Toyota has a fantastic service department. They are prompt, polite, and most importantly, honest! I have no worries about being tricked in to services I don't need.

I highly recommend Fowler Toyota! They have a loyal customer in me!!

I got tired of the poor service at the other Toyota dealer in town and decided to try this one.

My firsts impression is that what they lack in "amenities" they make up for in service. The other place had a nicer waiting area with a cafe, however, their pushy, rude salesman probably paid for that. This place has a vending machine and coffee. So far, this place has been friendly and helpful.  


Ok. So they did the check and came back with recommendations. In addition, they gave me choices on maintenance that I could wait on. This was very much appreciated. Then he came back with some coupons to help us out.

My takeaway so far is that they aim to please and work with you if you have budgeting issues. This is A+ service in my book.

I will write again after the repairs are done.

The appt. took two hours exactly as estimated. The service was excellent and all repairs done as requested. I am a happy customer.

You know you've struck gold when after your car has been serviced they call your name and your a little bummed to leave the waiting room. Yuh. Wha???

From scheduling my appointment to coming in and being welcomed warmly upon arrival, I felt completely taken care of. I spoke with Heather to set up a time to come in and she went the extra mile (without me even having to ask) to make sure I was still under warranty. Andy remembered me from my last visit and made sure I was comfortable while I waited onsite. Boy, was I ever comfortable.

Complimentary cookies and donuts passed the time well with big comfy chairs. I brought my computer to do some work with their free WIFI but barely got any done because my car was done in a snap.

Thanks for making me feel like gold, Fowler Toyota! You do some great things for the community and I am proud to be able to service my Ravvy 4 here.
