I had a very frustrating experience getting my car serviced. I made an appointment for a Monday, brought my car in, and was told I would be given a call with an estimate the next day. One day passed, then another. I received no phone call. I called and was told there were 17 cars in front of my car to be serviced, but if I wanted to come in and get a loaner vehicle I could. I made a second trip out to Fowler and was given a loaner truck with half a gallon of gas. No worries...I paid to fill up the truck later that evening. I was told they would have an estimate for me on Monday (1 week later).  I received no phone call and finally called. I was given an estimate and was told it would take 5 days to get a special part. I heard nothing for 5 days. I finally called on the 6th day and was told my car was ready. I picked up my car (third trip to Fowler), only to discover later that night that two of the major things they "fixed" were not actually fixed. I called and was told they were servicing too many cars and that I would have to bring it in three days later. So I relied on a friend's vehicle for three days and brought my car in again on the third day (4th trip to Fowler). Again I received a loaner truck with virtually no gas in it. I filled up the tank again. I received no phone call for three days. I called on the 4th day... still not fixed. I called on the 5th day...fixed and could come pick it up (5th trip to Fowler).

Bottom line, I received zero phone calls from this dealership and was, evidently, pushed to the back of the line in terms of the order I received service. Maybe it's because I have a shitty Chevy Aveo? Maybe it's because I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars? I will never go to this dealership again. I'm sure there are Service Coordinators at this dealership that do a fine job. Do not, however, work with Connor because this was the WORST customer service experience I have had at a car dealership.

Careful. Don't assume a woman knows nothing about cars and is fine with being pushed to the back of the line. She might write a scathing Yelp review.

I had an issue with my Colorado and Fowler was the closest dealership to my work, first time I had been there. Eric was very professional and courteous. Turns out the issue was a recall and was taken care of promptly with no issues. Thanks!

Eric is one of the the best guys in the service department he always makes sure or vehicles are well taken care of. And makes sure we get the best service possible. I'm sure the other guys are great also but my wife and I like dealing with one person. And Eric is are goto guy.
