Reviews on Bob Hurley Ford

With all the problems I've had with Ford dealerships, I never thought I'd be able to write a good review of one.  I'm so happy to find one that I can.

I keep going back because when I bought my vehicle I paid for the maintenance package, which means oil changes, belts, etc. are all covered.  Since I'm paying for it, I might as well use it.  Plus, it gives the mechanics at Ford a chance to prove how good they are.  An intelligent business would give an extra push to customers in my situation because once the maintenance package is done, they should want me to keep coming back and not go somewhere less expensive.  Instead, they have generally done shoddy work or over-priced items that are not covered or treated the customer badly in some way.  Not a good idea.

Hurley's was different.  When I walked in they couldn't find me in their system (even though I had the email showing that it had been received).  The service tech told me not to worry, that they often had problems with the system but they would take care of me.  And they did.  Promptly, courteously and without making me feel like I was a burden on them.  I was actually quite pleased with the work they did and the treatment I received.

I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Bob Hurley for service.

Buying a new F-150 from Jordan at Bob Hurley was by far the best car buying experience my husband or I has ever had.  We had been to multiple dealerships beforehand and had all the info we needed as far as a bottom-line number on the truck, as well as what our trade was worth.  We gave him this info and asked if he could beat it, and very quickly he and his sales manager came back and we had a deal.  (Didn't hurt that the truck was a 2013 and it was late March of 2014...)

We had originally planned to pass on a rebate from Ford Motor Credit because you had to lock in a high interest rate and finance with Ford, but they explained that all you needed to do was pay 3 payments at this rate, and then they would contact us and we could refinance through them, or the bank of our choice at a prime rate.  We walked out of a previous dealership over a disagreement about interest rates, and if they had explained things like the guys at Bob Hurley did, we would have had a deal there.

Very glad we brought our business to Bob Hurley - they were knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and Jordan (who was new, right out of TU) worked REALLY hard for us.  We will definitely be returning when it's time for an upgrade in a year or two!
