They were amazing from beginning to end.  They fixed all of the issues both my F150 and Explorer were having.  I enjoyed their customer service all around. I would for sure recommend them..  Thank you Reynolds

I had service recently and worked with Jay. He was totally professional, got all my repairs done quickly, and even got discounts on my service from your repair program. Jay is the best! Will always get my service from you.

I had a similar experience to the one above.  At best they are incompetent at worst dishonest.  I took in my 2012 Focus for a 30K mile oil change and was told Ford recommends a fuel system cleaning and transmission flush.  The service rep also recommended that I have my coolant system flushed.  Altogether this would have been about a $1000.  I declined the coolant flush, but agreed to the first two services.  A few hours later the service rep calls me and says the car is ready, but the transmission flush wasn't done because it wasn't due until 60K miles.  That's when I went online to look at the Ford maintenance schedule and noticed that both the Transmission and Coolant flushes are not recommended by Ford until 100K miles, which is over three times the range I was initially told by the service rep.  A fuel system flush was not even included in among the recommended maintenance.  I probably would have gotten the fuel system cleaning anyway, but I think it should not have been presented as something that is "recommended," especially since there is no mention of it in the owner's manual.  I feel like I was mislead and will not be back to this location.  On a positive note, they were very friendly while taking my money.

Stopped in this morning for my 2013 f150's first oil change. Intelligent Oil Life Monitor (IOLM) came on around 10,000 miles.  Service advisor told me I should never have waited this long for its first service and that the oil should be changed every 3000 miles. He said because Oklahoma is hot and dusty, you can't trust those oil life monitors. He went on to say ford sets those to 10,000 miles at the factory so people won't be bothered by the light going off all the time.  I sat down and opened my owner's manual on my iPad to see what it had to say. Turns out he is completely wrong. Even the ford faqs specifically contradicted what he was selling me. Ford says the IOLM monitors your driving conditions and tells you when an oil change is due. I drive mostly highway commuting so it makes sense I can go longer between changes.

Bottom line: he is either ignorant about the product he claims to be an expert, or he is trying to scare me into bringing my car in for service much more frequently than it is actually needed. Either way, I won't be back.
