My service  was done right the first time.  My car was clean and my settings  were not changed.  I appreciate  the individual  attention I received  as a Reynolds  Ford customer. I would  recommend them to anyone  needing  Ford service.

My husband and I went in to buy a new vehicle an it was one of our worst car buying experiences. We will never go back there or recommend  no one else go there. The financial guy was rude an had horrible communication skills. Hello guys its call customer service for a reason. They need to get their act together or close their doors.

Wow...the 2012 edge had a recall for FUEL LINE cracks and my husband, 8 year old, our newborn and I just moved to edmond 2 weeks ago. I'm a full time grad student and mom and my husband works, so I take the car in this morning because the break pedal went out as well as the fuel line recall. They tell me they can't give me a rental only drop me off somewhere for a few days. I told them I needed a loner equal to my own vehicle. They told me they don't carry anything that size or bigger for loners. I asked to talk to a boss. TERRY HERMANZ is who was sent to talk to me. I explain the problem that FORD, made a mistake with the fuel line not me and with our family size and my grandfather with us right now, can't fit in fusion. He told me he couldn't help me, so I ask at a dealership there is no car I can use, with attitude he told me he can't help me and literally TURNED HIS BACK AND WALKED OFF and said he couldn't deal with me...although I had seen all the MEN being helped, because I am a young WOMAN he was very discriminating. I told him he would not just walk away when I was in mid sentence because I was a woman and told him I would like to talk to his boss immediately. He smirked and told me to "stay put" and he would be right back. I waited 20 min and he never came back and would not talk to me when the desk called. I had no choice but to take the fusion because of being female at a dealership. I will be telling everyone I know about the service from Mr. TERRY HERMANZ, and stress his rudeness and discrimination to the opposite sex.

If you can even get them to take your call, the service department was terrible.  All I needed was an oil change and it took 3 messages and 4 frustrating calls with the operator to schedule it.  $50 later (for just an oil change!!) and they didn't even wash and vacuum it!  That's just expected at a nice dealership, especially for one overpriced like this one.  They said it could have been included but you have to schedule ahead.  I did!  Would rather drive 20 more minutes to Bob Moore in OKC who I was much more impressed with on a complicated repair.

Service department blows.  They forget when I have appointments scheduled.  Forget to call me when my car is done being serviced and make me track down employees to check my car in.  I liked it better when it was on broadway
